Food was okay. It felt more like this place was trying to be high end, but just isn’t. It’s in the Cambria hotel, so look for that if you drive there to prevent missing the entrance.
I have been going to Reflect Bistro for years. It i/was my favorite place to eat in the entire NW region of MI. The last three times I have been there within the month of March, the food was “almost” good. I love the walleye sandwich but now the bun has changed, there is barely any sauce on the dry roll and I think it is a different sauce— who knows since there is very little on the bun. Secondly, I love the Lake Huron Yellow Perch dinner. There use to be a very light breading...
Starting from the time we arrived, we were greeted by both the customer advocates for Cambria and the team at Reflect Bistro. We were escorted to our table. Every employee was friendly. Our server, Michelle, welcomed us with a smile and enthusiastic demeanor. She explained the menu and also made us feel very welcomed. The service was exceptional. Kudos to Chef, every course was prepared and presented to the table promptly and with flair. We will be returning and will definitely...
