Today I was getting a Pickup order, and my car died. The nice young ladies loading my order offered to contact the Tire dept to have them jump my car, and one stayed to make sure I could get home. A nice young man came out immediately and jumped my car, and got it going. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the staff for going above and beyond to help me! I made it home safely! Thank You again for your help!
Just a shout out to Greg at the front door today at Sam's. He was very helpful and courteous in dealing with my mix up. My work placed an order on line and I was told that it would be ready for pick up today after 10 am. When I arrived at Sam's it was not ready. Turns out it was scheduled for pick up tomorrow.
