if some one going to this overnight parking 4-5 miles before shell truck stop you can stay there.i check in 5:45am empty 7:40am very nice people

5 stars for guards ,they being polite and explicit and 1 stars because isn’t good at all to mess up truckers life time .It’s that important as your time dear people from the management department . Have an appointment,get there on time and being there max time possible to pickup the load ,I’ve patient and and I’ve wait max to make it done and to have enough time to get to the Reciever .stilling humans life time because you aren’t organized isn’t professional .I imagine how all could be if to get late ,for sure there is work in ,probably late fees and waiting time for plenty of hours …. 8 hours waiting time to pickup leads in a delay and no reasons to do it …..

Had a 9am appointment; checked with guard at 11:30pm the night before; they had me drop trailer and out at 1:20am. Guard with the tats and long hair was super cool! A+ and over night parking

The security guard named David at the traverse city location is a very unpleasant person. Every time I'm there he is very rude, rolls his eyes and shakes his head when I ask for the person I'm delivering to, I have never done anything to deserve this treatment and I'm sure he is this way with many other people. It makes the company look very bad
I came here today to pick up,my appointment was 5 pm,it is now 12:04 am,I arrived an hour early ,8 hrs so far,check in was smooth,,guard shack very courteous,driver before me was here 9 am to 6 pm,I wish these situations did not exist in the lives of drivers,Sara lee is a reputable brand,why then such a lack of respect for drivers? this is an example of really bad management,owner operators take notice & make sure the broker has a good detention policy,if I ever have to come back here again ? I will call ahead,if they have product ready? I will take the load or pass on it.

Five stars for the nicest people ever here, I have never been treated so well at the shipper or receiver.Overnight parking available, port a john restroom only. It may take a few hours to get unloaded though.
