Keeping in mind this is for mall food location, and not a restaurant. Good pizza and stromboli. What earns a 5 star with me was the employee. He was energetic and friendly, made me comfortable to talk to him easily and definitely a deciding point in eating there for lunch when I was walking through the mall.

i tried to order from sbarro and waited about 10 minutes for someone and no one came. I also watched 3 people go up to Sbarro and walk away after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to come out. very disappointing.

The pizza is greasy, but come on. You knew that. You've had greasy, cheap pizza before. It has its place. My son and I like stopping for a slice when we're at the mall. The young blonde who's usually working (Aurora, I think?) is always friendly and helpful.

For 2 drinks a pizza and bread sticks costed 36 dollars i mean come on sbarro that is outrageous also the guy who helped us was not very friendly. Do better sbarro!!!

When I went to order. I first tried to order the bake white cheddar Mac and Cheese advertised on there sign. They don’t have it! I told them to take down the sign then. Next, I tried to order the baked ziti also advertised on one of there signs. Again they didn’t have it: I told the girl have them take down the sign then. Finally I settled on a pepperoni stomboli with a side of sauce. It tasted fine for a warmed up display.
If you don’t have food items, I don’t care how permanent the sign seems to be take down your signs and stop advertising things you don’t have. Thank You!

I have gone here on 3 seperate occasions, years apart and every time I get a different item. It has made me sick on all 3 occasions and is overpriced for not having sauce on anything
They rather throw away food than help a last minute customer…..

Blonde gal in place was super rude! We were waiting behind another patron who ordered at around 7:05, our 4 year old just wanted a slice of cheese pizza which was already in the window. She didn't say a word to us, just turned off the lights. We asked whats the deal and she said they close at 7, so why did someone else get served, let alone us blatently ignored. NEVER GOING TO TRY YO EAT THEIR HARD CRUSTY OVERPRICED PIZZA AGAIN!
