They need to send fresh slices of pizza, if ordering off of DoorDash. Just because someone orders from DoorDash, shouldn't mean the staff sends the oldest pizza!! Last time I ordwered, I'd eaten better 3 day old left over pizza!

Figured I would give it a shot again since the old manager wasn’t behind the counter this am. hours stated they open at 11am, I arrived at 11:20 and there still wasn’t a single pizza out for sale and the lights and signage still off (as normal). Service slow as usual. Not surprised to see that nothing changed with the change in management

Dude working yesterday was extremely rude. I tried asking a question about the food and he seemed very irritated that i was even trying to talk to him. Then he let a woman who arrived after me cut me in line when i was ready to order. Booooo. Polish up on customer service

The lady with short hair and glasses was not comprehending much at all for some reason with multiple customers, we just wanted breadsticks and she made it way more complicated for young man at register and was clearly making his job harder she needs to stay away from taking orders 4 customers in a row had hard time explaining to her but man at register got it quick and easy but she kept stepping in making it harder for him.Food was good that we did get correct tho

Horrible customer service by the manager, tossed my lunch to me across the counter, I ate here once or twice a week, being that I'm a manager at the Macy's in the same mall ,I will definitely share my experience with coworkers and other store employees. Especially during this busy Holiday season this man should not be in customer service, I bring my lunch and not patronage this establishment until I see a change. Good food just very rude manager

I used to eat here weekly as I work in the mall. It’s obvious there’s been an unfortunate change in management. Everytime I go to order there is barely any food out, it’s burnt, old, and not appealing at all.. I choose elsewhere to eat. I observe others look and walk away. Many lost sales. I finally purchased the other day and my ziti was full of liquid, my strom was undercooked with very little inside toppings. I ate half of each item and tossed the rest. It used to LOOK so good and TASTE so good. Unfortunate, this spot has gone downhill so quickly.

Sbarro in the Grand Traverse Mall in Traverse City, MI is a place that my wife and I loved to go for their spinach pizza and there stromboli.I am sad to say that after a year and a half of not being able to go there and eat, our experience at sbarro today was truly disappointing.We walked up to the counter, looked through the glass. The pizzas looked dried out and the stromboli looked like it was sitting under the lamp for quite awhile. The Stromboli was very greasy/oily and tasted stale. There were charred bits on the underside of the food where they put it into the oven to heat it up...The pizza, when it came out of the oven from reheating, looked drier and not very appealing at all...of course we had paid for the food before our order was completed so we just suffered with it.Sbarro, we used to love your food. What is going on?I understand that with the past couple of years of uncertainty, with the pandemic and all, things are not as they used to be, but to let your quality and high standards slip to such a low level is not understandable.Sbarro, I believe that one day you will get back to the point where your food will be a joy to experience but I nor my wife will purchase your food , nor will we recommend it, in the foreseeable future...food service is a trust that, once it is shaken, cannot easily be regained

Food was horrible, dough in our Stromboli was undercooked, tasted like chemicals, and the strawberry lemonade was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life. Will never be going here again
