I went in this morning to grab a coffee and a croissant. First I asked if I could use my stars to get my croissant free. I was told the stars are not working. I said okay I'll get it anyway and proceeded to pay with my phone using the starbucks app only to be told that doesn't work at that location. Pretty disappointing that they redid the location and it can't do any of the starbucks things.

This Starbucks has the best service in town. The baristas are all super nice. The ONLY issue I have is that Meijer doesn’t allow us to tip them.

I’m never one to leave a bad review but am very disappointed. We waited 35 minutes and received the wrong drinks. There were 4 staff members behind the counter and it looked like only 2 of them were helping customers through the long line which was the frustrating part. One person made drinks and one person cashed folks out. The line would have been cut in half if the other two staff members helped out.

I'm severely disappointed in this Starbucks. Both my fiance and I ordered venti sized drinks that did not have the correct amount of espresso in them. My fiance actually brought his drink back and asked for it it to be remade. The barista wasn't even aware that she didn't put the correct amount of espresso; so either proper training isn't happening, or this Starbucks is scamming people out of their money to save on cost. Which is ironic because the computer that is being used to take everybody's order is no doubt from prehistoric times, even the barista commented on how slow it can get when it's busy. AND THEN, cherry on top, these poor baristas aren't allowed to accept tips!! You've gotta be kidding me, Starbucks! We received nothing but promptness and kindness from all who were behind the counter, even when we asked for the drink to be remade. Something needs to happen, Starbucks, and it better begin with allowing your hard working staff the tips they are repeatedly offered.. and probably some better equipment. Such a shame..

Shout out to Krystal M at the Meijer Starbucks! Even though other workers weren’t happy about putting in a code for Starbucks 50% off iced drinks on Tuesdays, Krystal was happy to figure out how to give the discount even without a normal Starbucks register.
