I've been a customer of Starbucks for over 20 years, and today's breakfast from the location on South Airport in TC was the worst. I can't consume dairy or almonds, and I don't drink coffee, so my one beverage I like is a Chai tea. I asked for it like usual, made with oat milk; it was made with almond milk. I meant to taste it before I pulled out of the parking lot to make sure it was made right, but I forgot. I was home before I realized it was made incorrectly, so I had to pour it out. And my breakfast sandwich was almost hard as a rock, and the contents (egg, cheese, and bacon) were hard and looked old. $11+ down the drain. I'm sad and frustrated and wish I could get my money back. I've tried local coffee houses, but they often make my tea wrong as well. After today's visit along with a visit to the Garfield/Munson location a few weeks ago when they made my tea with regular milk, I'm just done. So much time and money wasted.

Typical Starbucks...probably the best coffee in town and consistent .... BUT today they offered to put a cinnamon/nutmeg/combo on top of my Latte . I could barely taste it. Was maybe 1 or 2 shakes. Went to pay and it was an upcharge....It was less than a dollar...and i get with inflation everything is up.... but the order taker should have let me know ahead of time. PLUS that could not have cost them more than 2 pennies. C'mon SB's not cool. (but I will be there tomorrow :-)

Did a mobile order for inside pickup, when we got there there was a note saying the Cafe was closed and you must use the drive thru. 20 minutes waiting at the drive thru and we are finally to the speaker? Get it together! Don't allow mobile orders if you're short staffed. Almost 30 minutes to the window is a little much
