We spent three plus hours on the outdoor patio last night at Thirsty Fish and due to our server, Holly, enjoyed a fantastic time. She was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. All the food (onion rings superb) was tasty. Listened to Jay Hawkins Band and they put on a terrific performance. Fantastic laid back atmosphere, too! Thanks, Thirsty Fish!
The service was good and atmosphere was good. Good band. Unfortunately, our food was overpriced for what we got. $11 for small plate onion rings was a bit much. The spicy margarita was not spicy and did not have a chipotle pepper rim nor jalapeño slice as advertised. Our group of 7 got our food at different times. It was a 20 minute difference from first person to last. It would not have been so disappointing had that waitress apologized or addressed the reason for the delay.
Had to write a review to compliment our server, Kim, last night. The restaurant was packed with lots of people participating in karaoke. Kim was the only server in the whole restaurant and she was awesome! She was friendly and efficient and hustling constantly!
