This is clearly not owned by an American anymore, the vibe and service has clearly gone down hill. It was dirty inside and the ice machine never has ice and doesn't work. So disappointed.

Showed up 2 and a half hours before closing they still had the open sign on but when i pulled up there was a group of people coming out saying they are already closed with 2 workers just standing in the front ,we asked if they were open and all they said was no and nothing else but on the website it says they are supposed to be open until 10 on Fridays ,they then continued to stand there for 5 minutes until going to hide in the back then peeked out to see if we were still there and when realized we were they shut the sign off ,need to fix your hours and fix your staff

This is the 2nd time I have ordered on the app ahead of time as I am on a lunch break. The sub showed ready on the app and not even started when I get there despite already being paid for and the location being empty and not busy at all. Irritating!

Highly Not Recommended. Had to wait for 20mins for nothing. They ran out of Bread and multiple items. Also the station was very messy and unsanitary. Flys are flying around everywhere in this subway. Who ever is in charge is slacking bad.

Update your hours, I was just there about 3:30 and your closed. I was there on Thursday at 3:40 after work at it was closed. Worker was just sitting inside at a booth. Avoid this place like the one in Chums Corner. Has to be same owner as they have swapped workers. All Indian workers so there is a language barrier as well. The only two good workers they had at this place left last week. It's unfortunate but I now will have to try the Garfield rd one hopefully not the same owner.

This place has gone right down hill in the last month. Not sure what happened but it's terrible. One week ago I walked in and ordered my sandwich from a young man that spoke very bad broken English. OK, that's fine until I had to repeat myself 5 times just on my sandwich. I said I would like a LG drink also. He said the pop machine isn't working. I had a coupon to use when I went to pay. He said the coupon machine doesn't work. I asked him to take care of it manually. He repeated the machine isn't working and it was his first day. I'm sure that was a lie because he was alone and he knew what went on the sub I ordered. It came to 16 dollars and some change for a sub and chips and cookie. I asked him how it got that high and he just stood there and pointed at the card machine as if to say just put your card in and shut up. I paid and then he threw the receipt at me and walked away. I won't go back.

Tried ordering online to get a promotion that isn't available in the store. Had nearly every vegetable marked as not being available, yet once inside they were all readily available. The clerk when asked stated they were nearly out so they had to remove them from online. Felt like this was to get around the online promo.

The gentleman that we’re working at this site were very well dressed, knew what they were doing, had our order made very quickly (even though it was the other subways they were making), and extremely kind!

I 100000% HIGHLY recommend this Subway over any of the other ones in TC!!

I eat at A LOT of subways across town, as a post work regimen…and this by far is THE BEST! After covid, most workers, either in fast food, gas stations, etc have seemed very uninterested, and don’t seem to care. I walked in, and they were VERY busy. Most subways, when you see this you know it’s going to take minimum 30 min to get your food. But this sandwich artist named Matthew had so much hustle! Unlike anything I’ve seen at any other location! He got the 5 orders in front of me done in damn minutes! And had my food to quick, and it was perfect! Give this man his own damn franchise! We need more workers like Matthew!

Customer service was way below par: yelling, attitude, impatient, etc, etc. Everything was rushed, the sandwiches as well. If you're going to a sandwhich place or subway, avoid this one.
