This place has gone right down hill in the last month. Not sure what happened but it's terrible. One week ago I walked in and ordered my sandwich from a young man that spoke very bad broken English. OK, that's fine until I had to repeat myself 5 times just on my sandwich. I said I would like a LG drink also. He said the pop machine isn't working. I had a coupon to use when I went to pay. He said the coupon machine doesn't work. I asked him to take care of it manually. He repeated the machine isn't working and it was his first day. I'm sure that was a lie because he was alone and he knew what went on the sub I ordered. It came to 16 dollars and some change for a sub and chips and cookie. I asked him how it got that high and he just stood there and pointed at the card machine as if to say just put your card in and shut up. I paid and then he threw the receipt at me and walked away. I won't go back.

Tried ordering online to get a promotion that isn't available in the store. Had nearly every vegetable marked as not being available, yet once inside they were all readily available. The clerk when asked stated they were nearly out so they had to remove them from online. Felt like this was to get around the online promo.

The gentleman that we’re working at this site were very well dressed, knew what they were doing, had our order made very quickly (even though it was the other subways they were making), and extremely kind!
I 100000% HIGHLY recommend this Subway over any of the other ones in TC!!

I eat at A LOT of subways across town, as a post work regimen…and this by far is THE BEST! After covid, most workers, either in fast food, gas stations, etc have seemed very uninterested, and don’t seem to care. I walked in, and they were VERY busy. Most subways, when you see this you know it’s going to take minimum 30 min to get your food. But this sandwich artist named Matthew had so much hustle! Unlike anything I’ve seen at any other location! He got the 5 orders in front of me done in damn minutes! And had my food to quick, and it was perfect! Give this man his own damn franchise! We need more workers like Matthew!

Both the young lady and Henry were very accommodating with what condiments they were out of on the line and refilled them quickly without delay. Made the experience quite pleasant. Very friendly and said Hello when I walked in while already helping two other gentlemen in front of me. As a working duo, they performed and perfected, in a timely manner three 12’ inchers. This store has the best review ratings all stores in the Traverse City area, not including Kingsley, which is why I bypassed 2 others closer to where I was. I didn’t catch the young lady’s name, but those two are Winners. 8/29/24 between 7:30-8:00pm (That was a Thursday early evening) 5 stars Bravo!

The two guys working today (Sunday May 19 at about 3pm) clearly had no supervision. They were rude and didn’t change their gloves at all after taking cash or touching other items. They were out of many toppings as well. Very unpleasant experience, yikes.

The Sandwich Artist was rude to me and her fellow employees, my pizza was cold and almost raw, and they did not ask any of the questions that they are trained to ask. (What vegetables, how many slices, how much meat, etc.) I would not recommend this location.
