More than one we have ordered online and things are wrong with the order. We recieved the print out telling them how to make the order and things are missed...simple things like dressing on the salad. Sadly the staff there looks miserable and not surprised that they don't care about providing basic customer service.

Went in at 820, they said they where out of bread. I looked in the bread case and there was bread. I said what about that bread? She said, it's for tomorrow. I was like, aren't you open till 10pm? She said yes. Lazy

Jacob was rude and hostile from the moment he started my gfs sandwich and even more when he began mine. He slammed the oven door because we wanted the meat hot but the bread not toasted. Made a deal over what sauce my gf wanted on her sandwich. Left a tip for the other 2 employees that have to deal with that type of attitude. Lettuce could have been fresher too.

Not good. Made me wait, saying it'd be a few minutes, in The drive thru. They did explain they were short staffed. I chose to wait. Waited 6 minutes, after which I was told to come inside. Why does that make a difference. Should be based on who came, when. So I left.
The last three times I have been to this location it has taken them 30 mins to get one sub out…. went through the drive thru and the lady didn’t even come to the window after 15 minutes and had to go into the store and took another 15 mins to get my ONE sub out.

Ordered the mexi chicken sub supposed to be loaded w avocado it's not ... we eat here at least 3 times a week and this is the first time ever getting my order wrong. I am not super happy.... leaving the expensive part of the sandwich out is not cool.if you look there is barely any chicken.
