The worst. Drive thru didn^t work....two employees working at snails pace. The person in front of me left after waiting so long. After I finally am asked what my order is I was told no salami and if I could come back in an hour the can get some! Nobody behind me. I went to Jimmy John's and they had 7 employees. This was prime time lunch time around noon.

They were super busy and the pair of workers seemed frazzled. Dropped stuff, missed ingredients, and snapped at each other a bit. Definitely could have used another worker to help even on a Monday but the food was good.

Ordered the new hot honey chicken and it was delicious. The girls who were working had great attitudes. I will be back for another sandwich in the future.

More than one we have ordered online and things are wrong with the order. We recieved the print out telling them how to make the order and things are missed...simple things like dressing on the salad. Sadly the staff there looks miserable and not surprised that they don't care about providing basic customer service.

Went in at 820, they said they where out of bread. I looked in the bread case and there was bread. I said what about that bread? She said, it's for tomorrow. I was like, aren't you open till 10pm? She said yes. Lazy

Jacob was rude and hostile from the moment he started my gfs sandwich and even more when he began mine. He slammed the oven door because we wanted the meat hot but the bread not toasted. Made a deal over what sauce my gf wanted on her sandwich. Left a tip for the other 2 employees that have to deal with that type of attitude. Lettuce could have been fresher too.
