Last time we will be going here to eat! Very dirty store! So dusty on the glass you look in to see what you want on your sub. And the employee snapped at me "to stop" when I wrote my name on the dust. Lol...and the last 2 times I've stopped in there they didn't have pretzels. The person making the subs wasn't the kindest and hard to understand when he asked me questions. The choice is yours to stop at chums corners subway but I don't recommend it. We won't be going back. I wouldn't even give 1 star but you have to, to even leave the review!

Pre ordered a sandwich from lunch… walked in to 6 other people in line for sandwiches they also ordered online, none were made… since I don’t have the time to wait for 6 other people and their 13 sandwiches, I had to leave and buy another lunch (after already paying for a pre ordered sandwich) now I’m back in the store after work at 6pm and the SAME SCENARIO IS STILL PLAYING OUT AS I TYPE THIS REVIEW… this place ruined my lunch, cost me money and irreplaceable time. Thanks for being a total suck subway in chums!!

Dude looked at me like I was speaking gibberish when I asked for the #10 and still somehow managed to screw it up when I showed him it on the menu, don’t worry that wasn’t it the dude decided to put two of every veggie on my sandwich. No matter how many times I told him what I wanted he said okay then did what seemed to be the exact opposite. Lastly for fun guess they decided that they needed two dr.peppers in the soda machine and put the other one in the root beer. That was just the food hard to explain the level of sticky the floor was, looked like someone spilled pop all over then the worker half ass wiped it up then left

We went into this location tonight, NEVER AGAIN! Bread was not fresh! Service was absolutely horrible! Server acted like it was an inconvenience to him to wait on us. NO drinks in the cooler, very few chips, and only Four cookies!

You’d be better off going to the one on fourteenth st. During my visit to this location I asked for extra olives for my partner’s sub and dude making the sandwich picks up the teeniest pinch of like 3 or 4 sliced olives and didn’t add the double layer of cheese to my sub that was supposed to come with double cheese.

I work in the area and there are not a lot of healthy options for food, so I regularly frequent this Subway location (at least 1x per week). I order the same thing every time and I am charged a different amount every time. It is hard to communicate with the staff but if I did not order double meat, I do not want it and I do not want to pay for it. Especially, after the employee makes a point to notice the make of my car or purse. I order this at any other subway and I am out the door for under 10 bucks but not at this location, my six inch sub is nearly 15 dollars some days??? I will travel to the other location from now on, my money is better spent on the gas to travel to a location with honest employees.
The first and last time I'll be coming here the lettuce and spinach was brown so I ask to substitute for cucumbers apparently the portion size is 4 slices on a foot long is atrocious.

I stopped in to get a couple footlongs tonight. We first asked for the meatball subs which they were out of. So then I proceeded to order the elite bacon chicken and ranch which is advertised with onion which makes the sandwich and they were again out of that as well. We also order a Philly cheese steak sub and my bread came out less than presentable and smashed to the point it looks like it was just wadded up……
I will definitely not be returning to this chums corner location because they staff was hard to understand and not suoer friendly sadly!
I will be going to the 14st location as the staff seems to care a bit more about the customers!

I went here to grab a quick dinner and there were fruit flys surrounding the drink machine, and the service was awful had to correct them a bunch because they weren’t making my sandwich right. Will not be returning
