Will never order from this Subway again. This is the second time my wife has placed an order on line. Both times asking for lite mayo and mustard. The sandwich was dripping with both, and was missing the cheese. These folks obviously just don't care.

I come in Subway for lunch.Seems everytime I have come to this particular store the workers are not paying attention, talking to each other like the customer is watching a tv show. Takes more than 10 mins. before any of them get to making your food, then start another customer, and make whoever wait to cash out. The manager on site seems like she is there to tend (the show) and not work unless asked by the others workers. Then makes a excuse to why she is too busy.This has happened more than 2 times now and I will not be going there for lunch as I only take a 30 min lunch. They need to think about the customer and NOT THEMSELVES.I hope that store pulls there head out of the clouds. Geez.?

Typically the service is good, but not today.I visited this location at around 2:30 on 2/1/2024. There was a young guy and young girl working. The girl was not only unfriendly, and lacking customer service skills, but also snapped at her coworker (the young guy) a couple of times.The guy was visibly tired and mumbled to the point that it was hard to understand what he was saying. He did seem kind of friendly, but I suppose anyone would seem friendly next to the girl he was working with.The older staff (30 and above) are usually nice, but this experience has made my decision to go elsewhere for food extremely easy.

Ordered a sub for p/u and after we were home 30 mins away open the sub to find it covered in pepper, outside and inside. When I called the store Katie insisted that that couldn't possibly happen because their pepper shaker is so small. But I asked her to give me a coupon to have it replaced she said she would leave a handwritten one at the store and then hung up. I called back and asked her if she wanted my information so they would know who it was for. She stated "I will leave a note for a free sub for the lady who says she had pepper dumped all over it."In which I replied, "don't you think that's a little ridiculous wouldn't you like my name instead?" So she told me that my attitude was ridiculous and to feel free to call her boss. Nothing ridiculous about wanting to eat a sub I paid for Katie. UnrealOur company orders Subway alot.No longer from this location.Wish I could add the pic of this sub to this post.

while we were waiting in line the employees there completed ignored us and were working on online orders. Then when we finally went to order we told the order to the workers and was rudely hushed and interrupted by the workers and told, "let's just start with the bread." The subway sandwich from here was one of the most rushed sandwiches i've received, i'd recommend telling your workers to calm down and not be so stressed all the time.

Was NOT impressed. First time I have been to subway in a while and the blonde haired lady that served me hurried up on my sub without letting me put on it what I wanted I added pickles she seemed like it was an inconvenience. Not good service at all... very disappointed ?

Overall just your average Subway. I've heard of some bad experiences here but I've never had one myself. I usually order online and it's always ready on time, the people have always seemed nice to me. Only downside is my sandwich is always super messy but that's probably my fault. ?Parking: Always plenty of parking.

Sweet November

Hit and a miss. Generally pretty fast in and out, decent service. Like their outdoor seating.Last week stopped by - door closed, but could see workers inside. Knocked and got ignored. There were quite a few people pulling in and doing same as we walked back to the trails. So not sure what the deal was.
