Not really sure what happened, but I've gone there 3 times in the last few months and they just can't get anything right. They have you pull ahead to where there are 6-7 cars waiting and after 15 minutes of someone walking around with a bag of food, they will finally get to you and it's cold and always missing something. I had to walk in and get a refund after waiting 20 minutes. Same with the location downtown

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and mexican pizza, no beverage $12.17 drove home 5min away. And it was cold awful, tasted like day old food. Mexican pizza was dry and slopped together. 11am, no line up, drive thru. Meat was super old dry and very little on the pizza. Absolutely terrible. Also give this a 0

Very nice experience to my surprised eye was clean especially during snow and slop! Employees were kind and courteous will be back to that location next time I’m in the area for car Dr.appointments.

Do not go to this tacobell after 7, especially late night. The night staff is the slowest imaginable, they make you pull ahead and wait 15-20 minutes, it’s not worth it at all. I got out and told everybody (7 cars) to chargeback, we all left. Hopefully corporate shuts it down.

The gentleman that waited on me threw his hand up and dismissed me when I was asking him for help using their app. When I asked his name to make a complaint he would not tell me his name. I put my order in online expecting it to be ready when I got there 20 mins later but it wasn't and the app wouldn't work right and the person behind the wondow

That store needs to be torn down all the people that work there I'm not saying all but I'm saying about 99% of them I hate using like mean words or anything else like that but they can be replaced with a rock I get my food better quicker and easier without having to worry about what's on it

Window employees at the drive thru are lazy. Asked to switch out a cheesy Gordita crunch for a chalupa supreme and that I would pay the up charge if there was any. They just say nope can’t do that rudely. All you gotta do is hit buttons. Your job isn’t hard. Quit being lazy, and take the extra couple seconds and make customers happy by helping them. Do yall even clean the fryer? It’s Tuesday and my Cinnamon twists taste like they are old burnt and stale. Doritos locos tacos shell was also very old and stale.

I just had the absolute worst food I've ever ordered!! I don't know if something was old, expired or maybe the grease they use was bad.....but ordered a Mexican pizza and still can't get the smell or taste out of my mouth/ nose. Super disappointed!!
They make you pull up and sit in a parking spot for 10 minutes for a single person order with no one behind you. Cold food, long wait time, it would be a better idea to go to TC Taqueria Dos. Support local business too…

Very poor service. Arrived at 7 pm for a quick bite on way home as been out and about all day. Was ordering 5 $5 boxes blonde at counter went to the back came back not even 2 minutes later stating can't do my order as their too busy. Drive thru wrapped to the road. 20 people in the dinning area all sitting waiting for their food. Wow, since when do we turn customers away. Your lost taco bell, went to burger King had food right away.
