If you plan on going to the chums corners taco bell here's a tip... 1.pack a lunch because you'll be waiting 45mins at the drive thru, 2 go to grocery store and buy all the fixins for tacos, go home and make it because it would be faster. 3. Just everyone quit going there so they are unprofitable and will be forced to close down and Elmer's can come in with a bulldozer and level the place.

Over an hour total in the drive thru. Was told it was a 20 minute wait time to receive food while in the drive thru as if there was anything I could do about it. Then the employee hot mic's something about doubling the wait time to another employee. A disgrace. Didn't let me know they were out of nacho fries, surprise first potatoes. Not even an equivalent substitue or choice.
Round two... Maybe it was a fluke. Nope. Again told there would be a wait as if there was a choice. There is no exit once you pull up to the speaker. So buckle up buttercup. This place is toxic. Corporate do something to fix this disaster.
