Disappointing to see politics shoved in your face at a brewery. Turned around and went elsewhere—no interest in supporting that. Place was dead anyway on the opening night of Beer Week. Hard pass.

I’ve been here 3 times. The first time, one hazy IPA was fairly good. The 2nd time, the hazy IPA was quite oxidized/brownish tinged. Recently I ordered a kellerpils and found out it had started to sour so I mentioned it to the server who tasted it and told me “it tastes fine. That’s just the way it is.” A Pilsner should never be sour. I sampled a red lager which tasted like a dirty tap line/butyrate so the kellerpils was replaced by a dry Irish stout which was also starting to sour but was drinkable. I also ordered the roggenbier which also tasted like dirty tap lines. I am hesitant to visit again until they address their sanitation issues.

I tried a flight of beers at Tank Space and found the beers quite nice. The staff was nice enough, and the place was comfortable and casual. The kellerpils beer was my personal favorite of the bunch I tried. With the burger place next door, this is a great place for a beer; the dynamic between these neighboring stores is great. It’s definitely worth a stop.

Tank Space is one of the coolest and kost feiendly bars I've ever been to. With space-age themed decor, unique seating, and on-site brewing, I love chilling here and reading a book or bringing a board game to play with friends. Especially since they carry my favorite vintage snacks.
