Atmosphere was great!
Only reason one star was left off was at the end when we got the check the summer spring rolls were $8 but the menu said $7. When I brought it up the man said that they haven’t changed their menu prices yet and still charged $8

We ordered pho, which was great. However, the price was $20 for a small portion. I don’t understand where the “generous portion” reviews are from. I am expecting at least twice the portion.

They make a wonderful rice dish. I've had it several times with shrimp. I made the mistake of calling it a stir-fry. The owner got upset when I did. I then said that I would like a veggie rice dish. He said there is no veggie dish., only shrimp, beef(I think) or chicken. I couldn't even order it meatless. I found that strange and walked out.

We called in to tell them that our family of 25 is coming to the restraunt. They said they could do it and save spots for us. When we got there they said they could only serve 3 more tables, thats only 12 seats. After we explained that we called and they said it was fine, they just said thet were doing take out now. We asked them if we could order takeout and they rudely said 'If you don't like it go somewhere else'. They ended up kicking us out and we ended up not getting any Viet food. As a Vietnamese group, we were disappointed and sad we didn't get our cultural food. The owners or staff aren't even Vietnamese and most of our family didn't know that much english.

Very nice, small Vietnamese restaurant. The shrimp spring rolls were amazing and the dipping sauce is so good. Their pho is a very good portion and the broth is so good.

I have been on the road for a few days and am craving Vietnamese foods. Found this restaurant on GMaps, read some reviews and decided to check it out myself. I have the combo pho and it does not disappoint: the broth was on point, the amount of meats (meatballs, and brisket) were just right. The place is clean and I learned that the ownership has changed hands recently. To the new owners: please do not change (or short cut) the broth making for the phở. 4 instead of 5 stars due to the bowl size.

My wife and I are doing a Michigan vacation trip and Traverse City was our last visit before heading back to Wisconsin. We have had Pho along the way from Chicago to Detriot to the suburbs of Detroit and the pho has been nothing but average. We both decided to have asian food again here and landed on this place. Pho hasn't been great along the way but we've decided to give it another try. Who would pass up pho? That's usually what we want to eat every other day. We placed a to-go order for a combination and chicken pho, egg rolls, and grilled chicken with rice but they were out of the chicken so we got the pork. It was pricey but I already expected this in a high tourist attraction area along with all the inflation. My wife and I agreed that this pho was really good and beat all the other pho places we ate along the way. The broth was rich in flavors, the veggies were fresh, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Remember, we had this to go so we had to mix everything together. The grilled pork and rice was also rich in flavor and really good. The eggroll was good and about average. The portions can be larger for the price but I would gladly take quality over quantity any day.

I’ve only eaten once before and the food was great but overpriced. I would’ve rated 5 stars but I came back another time, waited at a park before opening and got here shout 15 minutes after they opened and it wasn’t open. I peeked in and saw someone sitting at a table with their back turned and kitchen lights on and movement. I figured they were a little late to getting open. I tapped the door but the person wouldn’t turn around. I decided to wait because we live an hour away and don’t get to eat pho often. Got a smoothie next door and an hour after opening they still aren’t open. I saw people inside again and someone finally came to the door and said the owners are still getting the kitchen and prep ready and there’s no official time they’ll be open.

Super disappointed in that. Leave a note on the door if that’s happening. I understand small business and troubles in opening, customer service is the issue here.

I’ve never had or even been to a Vietnamese restaurant before and I gotta say, this was by far the greatest experience one could ask for. Food was amazing and took no longer than 5 mins for everything to be at our table, they greeted us with water the first time at our table so no waiting for a drink. Great staff with great food and en amazing Vietnamese feel. Would definitely recommend 10/10
PS- I don’t even like soup but this stuff was freaking awesome 😝

I think the food here was nice for a change. I was on the road for about 2.5 hours and it was a nice break from burgers and gas station food. Honestly, their portions weren't much and I don't think it was worth $20 for that size bowl of pho. In the Twin Cities, you get twice that for less than $20 but I'd say the pho was a 3.5/5. I would still love to try something else on the menu if I'm ever in the town again.
Understandably, maintaining a restaurant where the city doesn't have ingredients down the street may be a challenge.
The vermicelli bowl was refreshing and tasty.

Taste is good, the portion is really small, and no service definitely, the price is not reasonable, probably due to less competition.
