I stopped by on NYE (12/31) for a couple drinks ($15 worth) but was charged a 256% tip (charged a $40 tip; my total bill was $55). On January 4, I went back in and screenshots to an employee who said he would reach out to the management/owner to resolve the situation. I also emailed the business to resolve the issue.
