I ordered chili. After paying for it, I was informed that they were completely out of spoons. How does a restaurant that sells chili run out of plastic spoons? Is no one paying even the slightest attention to inventory levels? If it does get to that place, send someone to Costco to buy some spoons. This isn’t a hard problem to solve. And if you’re really not going to try to solve it, don’t sell customers a product that needs it, and only then tell them you can’t be of any help. … this is the kind of small issue that makes you wonder if anyone is really managing anything, if the health and safety standards are being upheld, if the owners are simply disengaged, passive, non-managerial types who don’t see how their investment is getting wrecked.

So godawful slow every time I try to come here. I could go through Burger King drive thru next door 3 times before I make it through Wendy's once. That's not an exaggeration, I've timed it. Currently typing this as I've sat in one spot in the drive thru without moving for 5 minutes before getting to order. The backwards sign is just the perfect metaphor for how well this place runs.
$1 any size drink....nope uncharged on large on receipt.

We just went through the drive through and we get home to eat. My pretzel baconator only had one party on it and both our sandwiches were way overcooked. So dry.. the fries were as if they had been sitting out for hours. $24 for garbage.

Over 20 minutes in the drive thru, we were second in line. All combo meals were shorted fries and drinks. Gave us one bag with 3 burgers for 27 dollars. At the window the employees are fighting over who has to work an extra shift. Before I could say anything handed me the bag and shut the window. This place needs to treat customers and employees way better. Won't be back.

3 breakfast sandwiches, not one of them right - like egg missing on an egg sandwich bad. How do you get every sandwich in an order WRONG? Not at 6am, but at 9:30 when it should have been second nature. When it comes to this store, it's NOT the employees, it's the wholly unqualified management. Go to Division Street

It took 20 minutes to get an egg and cheese biscuit through the driver through while being the only customer there. The lady was short with me while ordering. Just not the kinda of experience anyone should pay for. Go to BK!

Honestly, my visit last night was probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in the last four years. The woman working the drive thru, Rose, was so nice and funny. She gave my son a toy and entertained us while we ordered and waited for our food. I know it doesn’t seem like much, but these days it’s so hard to find people that care about their job and let alone the customers. Those small things go a long way and because of that I will make a point to visit this location again and wanted to commend Rose for her kindness and great personality.
The food was better than average, definitely one of the better Wendy’s I’ve been to. That, plus the Vanilla Coke I had from the freestyle machine was probably the best I’ve had.

This place is suffering from a lack or workers in the Traverse City area. Went through the drive-thru and a few items didn't get in the to-go bag. To their defense we went there around 7 pm on a Sunday.
