This place really fell off. Last time we were here a couple of years ago there would be a 30 person line out the door every week night, all summer long. Went here on a mid-summer Saturday evening and we were about the only customers they had. Now I know why. Ice cream is lower quality now and the service is awful. 4-5 teens working that can’t be bothered. They kept repeating our two ice cream order wrong, we kept correcting, and they still got it wrong. Lots of other great options in the area.

The banana bread ice cream is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, I had to take off a star after finding a strand of blonde hair in my ice cream.

Beautiful views of lake Michigan from the outdoor seating area. Ice cream i s tasty with many varieties and versions. From shakes to sundaes to cones and bowls. Fun family themed eatery. They also serve pizza in many varieties.
The shop was open for 1.5 hours and never turned on any of the open signs, appearing closed. We walked inside to find 2 employees talking with each other so intently they couldn’t be bothered to greet us. We left without purchasing.
