This had been one of my favorite bars to come to with friends. They have some of the best bar food. But unfortunately this most recent experience was awful. The waitress we had seemed pretty miserable to be there and even though there were plenty of empty tables, she was eager to rush us out. The waitress and the bartender were very nice but they weren't preparing the food. The food was ...... very disappointing. They had a rub on and had the brisket swimming in BBQ sauce. You don't put BBQ sauce on brisket when it has a rub on it. You let the person who ordered it decide. If the brisket is done right you will want to eat it as is, no BBQ sauce or minimal amount if it is peepared correctly. Rocky's Roadhouse is a fantastic place with a great menu, full bar, and live bands. The service is top-notch, and the staff is friendly and attentive, with Mya providing great service during visits. The food is amazing, with everything ordered at the table having great flavor. The salads and brisket egg rolls come highly recommended, and the everything bagel fries are a tasty addition. The homemade chips and dip are a favorite, although some have noted that the portion sizes can be small and that chips can taste burnt. The wagyu burger is outstanding, and the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich is also a great choice. Taco Tuesday offers amazing deals, with beef tacos and taco salad being popular choices. The bar atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a highly recommended spot for delicious food, great drinks, and live music. Parking is available in the back, though some mention it can be limited.
