I made an online order back in December, but I had to cancel, so I called and cancelled right away, and thought that was the end of it. I get my credit card bill and there is the charge as if I didn't cancel, so I called the business to get it fixed, so I got NO pizza from them, so it is a wrongful charge, and they have yet to do anything about it. I still have the charge on my account.Terrible customer service.

This is the best pizza and cheesy bread (loads of melty cheese) I've had from Nevada to Michigan, and we eat a lot of pizza. Really nice facility and more importantly friendly staff. 10 stars from us.

Amazing service, whether you're picking up or getting a delivery. The Mac'N'cheese is one of my top favorites because it's the perfect BBQ style Mac'N'cheese that goes great with anything, and the pizza is simply perfect for the price. Happy's is better than most well known name brands, and everyone should know.
The last 3 pizzas we had were terrible. I called on the second one and complained and they said they would give me credit on the next one. I not only didn't get the credit we got a burnt pizza. We are done with them. If they stay that way they will not last. Sorry Happy's you need change.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My review is only on the food as I had my pizza delivered. This may be one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. To let you know how bad this pizza is, I was starving as I fasted for about 24 hours. The pizza was just delivered and hot and the first thing I ate and I couldn't finish a slice of pizza. It's that bad. I am from NY and I've tried a lot of pizza downriver that was not great, but this pizza was so bad I had to review. It doesn't even taste like pizza. The taste is indescribably BAD. I have so many questions like, did the owners ever taste the pizza? If so, did they think it was "good"? And, for reviewers, how could anyone rate the pizza more than 1 star? The best pizza I've had so far in Detroit was from Crazy Pizza in Dearborn Heights. Going to try Fredi's tomorrow. Please like this review if you agree.

A lot of Happys pizza locations quality has went down but this Trenton location is on fire. I have many coworkers from all over metro Detroit that tell me that this location is by far the best they have ever had. Trenton Engine definitely supports you

Never tried Happy's pizza before. Cartoon mascot left me assuming just another quick pizza mediocre chain. After a long day of yardwork decided to order a quick meal. Ordered two pizzas, being used to the normal chains.WOW when they handed me my order, I almost dropped it.Weighed 4 times what the others would. Flavor and toppings were awesome. Real cheese, real meat, lots of veggies. Had to freeze half for future, still enough for two days. Well worth the money.
