Trenton Michigan little ceasars on west road is absolutely UNCLEAN. It is so filthy in here. The front entry door is smudged, smeared and filthy. I walk in and the floor is sticky, black, littered with trash. The counter is covered with crumbs, dust and grime. The doors to the holding area for food orders is caked so bad in food remnants that it could be scraped off with a knife.Not to mention the ceiling in this place is covered in dust and mold looking spores. PLEASE close this location for a deep clean asap. I wish I wouldn’t have paid for my order because it did not get eaten after I left due to the condition of the place.

Little Caesars is always reliable and even more important, much more affordable than a large majority of pizza places. Always a go to for quick and easy. This location is also much quicker than the Woodhaven location.

Been here numerous times never not even once have they had the hot and ready pizzas ready ! Saw 3 people come in and leave for same reason 25 minutes to get pizza that should have been ready . Will definitely go to the one down by Telegraph rd, the kids working there acted as if no care people come in and leave , Owner wake up and take charge

Avoid this place unless you like, waiting for an hour or more for a pizza. Also, if you are an dasher reading this this decline every order you get from this place unless it’s paying $25 or more. It’ll be the only order you’re gonna do for a while.

I went into this little caesars to get a Hot & Ready simple cheese pizza, upon arrival I was told they have nothing ready and it would take 20 minutes to make the pizza. I feel the employee didn't wanna do her job so she told me a long wait time to get out of making a pizza. Which is extremely rude and disrespectful to the customer and to the company itself. I was a bit confused because the commercials advertise Hot & Ready they also have a Hot and Ready sign hanging in their window. I asked the employee why they don't have anything ready. I was informed that the owner of the store instructed them during covid to stop having hot and ready and they haven't done it since and the owner said there's no need to have anything ready. I'm still confused because the store is falsely advertising their product and misleading customers. I wonder if the franchise is aware of their behavior. As I left the employee rudely said "oh well have a great night" I couldn't believe how rude she was to a paying costumer. I've heard horror story's about this specific restaurant. Way to represent the state of Michigan and the city of Detroit with the Beloved Little Caesars franchise. So sad!
I called 53 minutes ahead of time to place an order for 5 “ HOT & READY” pizzas for my kids basketball team got to the place not a pizza in sight done then was told your order is coming out the oven now but yet it would take 30 mins to box them up this is the 2nd time in less than a week this has happened and can’t get ahold of customer service and they think it’s funny in the store i don’ understand how the classic hot and ready are never hot and ready

I will never learn but like others it's convenient and I will not use delivery side anymore. Only complaint is they never ever cut their pizza. Unfortunately had to complain I do really hate this happened so many times they were kind offered a refund. Delivery side is an issue if I always order ahead but couldn't this time and I usually do go in I never have a problem except when it's not cut properly. Workers are fine
