Went in Jan 3 2025 to pick up ordered (over the phone)...crazy bread. I went to pick crazy bread up, they said they didn't have my name on file as it was ordered, which was fine, he just said sorry about the confusion and was done.
I thinking well I'm here now why don't you put the order in so you can make it since I'm already waiting.... NO offer to make any more crazy bread! Just have a good night, so I left their empty handed
Customer service sucks at this place!!! The worst part about it I used to work here over 30 years ago and boy has it changed I would not send anybody get pizza here!

45 minutes to make one box of crazy puffs is INSANE. Jets right across the road can make a 10 large pizzas in 30 minutes but yall can’t make on thing of crazy puff in less than 45 minutes.

Ordered through the website. Driver waited on the order, was suspose to get stuffed pretzel crust, but received a regular stuffed crust that looked like it sat in the warmer for hours. Tasted awful, only had one slice, rest went it the trash where it belonged. The icb was fresh at least, must have been what the driver was waiting on... but since the driver had to wait anyways, wouldn't it make sense to make the pizza fresh too, and give the actual pizza that was ordered and not the wrong one that sat for presumed hours. Now I gotta work on an upset stomach, thanks.

Reviews don’t matter obviously because right now they’re at 3.6, but I’d suggest if the owner wants to make money, they hire employees that actually want to work. I just called and the call center transferred me because I wanted a small cheese deep dish, which is a lunch combo. The store greeted me with a “yeah” “what do you want” so, I start ordering and was interrupted with “why couldn’t the call center help you? Oh, you want a cheese pizza, we don’t do that here” I said, well that’s odd because I’ve ordered multiple times from this location and eat this pizza several times per month from a different little Caesar’s. He said, “well we don’t do that here so I’m not sure who would’ve taken your order” He was very annoyed that I dared to call and place an order. Very lazy, rude, and zero customer service. These rude employees are doing a huge disservice to the owners of the store and fail to realize the only reason they have a job is because of customers.

See update below: Cannot wait to update this review tonight. We stopped in early this week to place a large order for our kids church party tonight. Cam was extremely helpful and insightful in getting us the right order.
If it wasn't for Cam being so helpful... Our pickup experience wasn't so great. Our eleven pizzas that were ordered five days ahead were not ready. My husband even was told there were 12 orders ahead of him and that he'd have to wait. 😱 My husband said, were those twelve orders done a week ahead? The clerk went to the back and the cussing could be heard by everyone in the shop. He finally came out and said the pizzas would be ready soon.
I realize everyone deserves a second shot, so I won't say we'll never order again, but if it wasn't for Cam and his service, and that the pizza was good, but 25 minutes late with hungry children patiently waiting, I'd not return.
I hope your store improves on customer service and being prepared with orders. The service gets 4 stars for Cam only. We were quite prepared to leave another tip based on the order, but that just wasn't the way it went.
Better service next time? One hopes.

Trenton Michigan little ceasars on west road is absolutely UNCLEAN. It is so filthy in here. The front entry door is smudged, smeared and filthy. I walk in and the floor is sticky, black, littered with trash. The counter is covered with crumbs, dust and grime. The doors to the holding area for food orders is caked so bad in food remnants that it could be scraped off with a knife.Not to mention the ceiling in this place is covered in dust and mold looking spores. PLEASE close this location for a deep clean asap. I wish I wouldn’t have paid for my order because it did not get eaten after I left due to the condition of the place.

Little Caesars is always reliable and even more important, much more affordable than a large majority of pizza places. Always a go to for quick and easy. This location is also much quicker than the Woodhaven location.
It was very slow service , the alfo guy who worked there couldn't hear him , and took forever for just a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks

Been here numerous times never not even once have they had the hot and ready pizzas ready ! Saw 3 people come in and leave for same reason 25 minutes to get pizza that should have been ready . Will definitely go to the one down by Telegraph rd, the kids working there acted as if no care people come in and leave , Owner wake up and take charge
