Got two 3 meat platters - all different meats and all were terrible. We used to love this place, but the brisket was bouncy and chewy - no smoke ring, like it was roasted in the oven. I dont think the chicken even had salt and the pulled pork tasted reheated. It was so disheartening to spend 85 bucks on something that is going in the trash. The only thing you got right was the cornbread and fries.
This place would be great if they were open just a little bit later. I can't usually go out to eat until after 7. And if they close at 8, even on weekends, that means I am never able to eat there. The food is good, but I would go a lot more if they were open later.
Honestly I should have went to Nikolas or Zukins. Ribs were very dry and not meaty at all. They had more fat than meat. Is that supposed to be Texas toast? Well Texas has reported you. Good ranch and my drink was great.
