The burger didnt have much flavor. I wouldn't not recommend. The fries were good. Milkshake machine was down. I dont think I've ever been to a steak n shake where the shake machine was operating. We were not greated when we came in, employees just standing around until we said something to get their attention to serve us. If your looking for a good burger, I'd recommend five guys!

Very very dirty and nasty , should not be like that bathrooms stink and the floors were so dirty and the tables , cook didn't have gloves on very rude wanted us to use the nasty machine. Never again ? Do better . I walked right out

Not all exited about ordering from ascreen this should be removed. Doe to this mu order got all messed up and no it wasn't how I ordered it was the clerk not reading my order correctly.
Service was great. Cashier was friendly and polite. Food was SALTY, So much salt. I had 2 bites and threw it away. Just too much salt. I couldn't even give it to my dog.

Food was a little salty but really good. The lady didnt call our order number very loud so we didnt know our food was up. We ate our meal then went to the restroom to wash our hands and found out the water isnt working which is a major health code violation so im hoping i dont end up sick in a few hours.. probally wouldnt go back just because the manager was aware there was no water and said no one has came out yet to fix it but knowingly continued to serve food
