After many visits to this horrible fast food drive thru, today will be my last. This restaurant closed for a reason after covid, and it wasn’t due to lack of workers. It is very obvious that it was due to poor management and severe absence of leadership, that continues to this day. I am surprised it has remained “re-opened” this long and would be shocked to not see its doors shuttered by the end of this year. Do our community a favor and give other, more deserving, fast food restaurants your business. Don’t reward steak and shake’s lack of care and respect for their patrons.

Food was no good not what I ordered wasn't right by the time I did realize it till I home to Dearborn heights very disappointed and I go here weekly not anymore very disappointed 27$ wasted end up throwing it in the trash 4/3/25 order number # 599 6:17 pm.

Love Steak ‘n Shake but this location absolutely sucks. There’s always something wrong with my order, whether it’s a missing item or something isn’t made correctly. I usually get a chocolate shake with oreos and for some reason they NEVER make it correctly the first time, I always have to say something. I think they’ve had their last chance with me at this point. As usual, I ordered a chocolate shake with oreo. They gave me a peanut butter chocolate shake with no oreo. My boyfriend ran in and said something, getting a new shake. When he came back to the car, he tasted the shake for me and it still had peanut butter in it. I have a peanut allergy. Very happy I didn’t take a sip out of either shakes and that my boyfriend likes stealing my food, or else I’d be screwed. Other than trying to kill me, their food is okay.

This place use to be great. They come to the register see you there ignore you. Give you melted shakes and cold food! The so called Manager is rude af. This is unacceptable service. As a business owner myself they would’ve been terminated on the spot. Will not return after this.

Stood around for almost a hour waiting for an order. I asked for the corporate number and the manager refused to give it to me. If you want to wait an hour for a simple order then go to this place

Super super happy that stake n shake switched over to all natural beef tallow instead of bad seed oils for thier fries!!! 🥳 😋 Thank you!! Not only that, but their burgers are fantastic and the price is unbelievably great! 😁

Drove 25 minutes because I wanted to try Steak 'n Shake for the first time in 15 years. Handwritten sign on door said "no shakes." OK. Went in to order and was told they were closed due to staff going on break.
Very disappointed, 50 minutes in my car to try your brand, but you couldn't even note being closed on Google hours, or on the door.
Moved to this area in woodhaven. Best food and service!!! They had a mistake in an order and the manager fixed it. The food is amazing!!

Did an online order. My son was ignored for about 20 minutes when he went to pick up the order and had to tell to the kitchen staff to get assistance. They shorted us an order of fries and a drink and the fries we did get weren't cooked and were gross
