My son and I have been faithful customers for quite some time. Service is always on point and food is delicious. I am very happy they are now using beef tallow for cooking. I respect that decision and will be referring more customers to this location. Thank you.

It has been a few years since going to Steak and Shake. Wanted a burger so decided to go back... Unfortunately, you have to order by a kiosk (wife wanted fries with chili to dip them in, but her fries were swapped out for chili and at an upcharge). Cheese on burgers were cold. Really missed waiters/waitresses taking our orders and bring us the food. The atmosphere and warm feelings of Steak and Shake are gone. Probably will take 5 or more years to forget and try them again.

We placed an order for the dining room with 1 order in front of us. We waited 40 minutes and received cold food. The whole time we were waiting our burgers the cooked patties and buns were sitting on the board getting ice cold. When we let the manager know she just walked away. We asked the employees to get the manager so we could get a refund and go somewhere else and it took another 20 minutes. We used to come here all the time but the quality and service is terrible now.
The burger didnt have much flavor. I wouldn't not recommend. The fries were good. Milkshake machine was down. I dont think I've ever been to a steak n shake where the shake machine was operating. We were not greated when we came in, employees just standing around until we said something to get their attention to serve us. If your looking for a good burger, I'd recommend five guys!

Very very dirty and nasty , should not be like that bathrooms stink and the floors were so dirty and the tables , cook didn't have gloves on very rude wanted us to use the nasty machine. Never again ? Do better . I walked right out
