For this being my first time inside a store, I found it fairly odd that you aren't greeted when entering. It's like human robots there. Yes, friendly, when they actually talk to you, but they act almost scared. It would have been 5 stars if this had happened. I love Crumbl; just improve on in person experiences. A "hello" goes a long way sometimes.
No one spoke upon entering or while ordering. No one was smiling at all just working, they looked miserable. For a first time customer this was off putting. Ordering process was easy as there were only 6 cookies to pick from. Ordered and waited only about 5 mins for my order. A woman walked in and my small dog barked once. He was quiet the whole time, again no one even spoke to us. Just as this happened our order was ready and someone came from the back to ask us to take our dog...read full review

You can say it’s a cookie it’s not worth the extra $, you can put off trying them like I did, and then you’ll try one and you’ll see what you were missing and the difference. No bakery or store can come close, this is a German sports car and you’re driving a Prius. Treat yourself!
