Mostly youngsters working here, all it takes welcome and have a nice day, customer service needs work. I end up going to another one further away just because of friendlier service.
I ordered a coffee and one food item I got my coffee and the guy that rang up my order I guess he forgot that quick to make my food item because I stood there for 10 minutes the guy was wiping down counters he had nothing to do I was the only customer but other than poor customer service everything else was
This was by far the best service I've ever had at a Tim Hortons. That's not saying I've ever really had a bad experience, but this location was amazing. They were polite and friendly. We had a slightly difficult order, kids and vegetarians in the car, and they nailed it. Not only did they get the food right we had the food within a minute of getting to the window. This was not pre-made stuff we were handed either. I will always go back to this location from now...
