I placed a delivery order at 6:00 PM for my kids, who were home with a sitter. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to check on the status and was told the food was on the way.
Thirty minutes later, with still no delivery, I called again and was informed that the order had actually been forgotten and never made. At that point—after two hours of waiting—I was offered the option to either wait another hour while they prepared it or cancel the order entirely.
I’m extremely frustrated, not only by the excessive delay but also by being misled about the status of my order.

I got a delivery 🚚 of their lasagna the other day 🌞 and I tell you what I believe it was actually Stouffer's 🤢 lasagna. It did not have tomato sauce it had tomato paste 🙊 and a lot of it! It wasn't all that great 🙅🏼The only positive thing I could say about it it had really good tasting cheese 🧀 other than that it was bland 😳tasteless 🤔and I couldn't stand it.🤮🤮🤮

Everything was great we ordered almost everything. Lol wings, lasagna, 24 inch pizza, cheese bread, a Greek salad. Everything came hot. I love that the pizza here is always cooked well done. I like a crunchy pizza. That that little Ceasars crap or domino's. Well done gentlemen.

After waiting an hour for delivery, I called and was told "the driver is just around the corner". 10 mins later I call again and am told "he is less than 10 minutes away" 10 MINS LATER...I call again and am told he is again...less than 10 minutes away. Manager needs some customer service training. I want a refund and I'll wait for the cold food. Nope. He just hung up on me. I call back immediately and he canceled the order. Apparently $30 in pizza is worth losing reputation in Trenton. Will not purchase from them again.
