This will be my last time there. Service was terrible. Ordered queso to start and small plates were not given to us. Drinks took almost 20 minutes to get. Regan our waitress was no where to be found. I finally needed to complain to get service. When our meal was finally served the plates were hot from sitting under the heat lamp. I asked why everything was so bad and I was told they had a lot of take out orders which is not a good answer.

This was my first time trying Aldana's, and let me tell you, they DID NOT disappoint. Everything was perfect! There's nothing bad or critical that I can say. The food was delicious, the drinks were on perfect, our waiter Jeff, took care of us very well! The ambience was nice and chill and restaurant clean. All around, great experience, couldn't have asked for anything better! This is definitely my new spot!!

I am from Massachusetts and was taken here by friend I was visiting. The service was impeccable. I think her name was Stacy?( the affects of a few Catrina margaritas and age). She was engaging, perfect timing... never intrusive. The roaming singer was unexpected and a bonus to a wonderful evening! Have pics of myself ,friend and singer. Same with waitress!! Having managed restaurants early in my career and having a sibling who owns 3 restaurants... I think I know a bit about the difficulties of perfecting and making a memorable experience.. nailed it! Her suggestions for dessert were a hit! The chocolate churros... they die for. First time my friend ever had a churro!! Thank you for a great experience!

It was great food. Pepsi/Coke was watery and one of the note if you order the flight margaritas and find you like one of them, they are not available to buy in a regular size. Found that strange as it was a sampling flight why wouldn't you sell a bigger one?

The singer was way too loud. You expect that in a Mexican Restaruant with a singer. So loud he cannot be understood when talking through the speakers. The singer was wearing an inordinate amount of cologne. As if he used 1/2 a bottle. I am scent sensitive. Asked to see a manager who never came over. Had to leave the restaurant and stand outside twice when he was near me. The service was great and the meal itself very good. I could not enjoy my meal because of the cologne of the singer. Not sure I will go back. I have eaten there many times with my friends on my reservation and on theirs. The cologne and the lack of management interest are the reasons.

The wait to be seated was a little longer than it needed to be because they only had one person taking carryout orders, getting carryout orders, and seating incoming customers. The food was good as expected. The drinks were delicious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient.

Wrong food was delivered to our table...mistake by the kitchen. Food was ok, nut the guacamole was delicious.
What a horrible experience and food. For the elotes, they smeared the mayo on it instead of spreading it. The Birria tacos were wet, mushy and greasy. Consommé had no flavor at all. When I asked to send back the food, I had to tell the waitress and two managers the full story. The waitress comes back to say would you like to order something else and I did. It took forever to get the REPLACEMENT meal. So finally I asked for the chicken wings as the replacement to go. When I got the bill they still charged me for the tacos that I discussed with three employees and were sent back to the kitchen. I was told they wouldn’t take it off my bill and if I still wanted it they can put it in a box to go for me. AFTER it’s been sitting in the kitchen discussed with 6 people at this point.
Not to mention that if you check with the health department, they get a lot of negative remarks they never fully take care of.
So why would anyone keep coming back to the filthy, horribly cooked food and atrocious management?
I could have cooked frozen tacos that would have been better than your food.
DO NOT EAT THERE, I will recommend so many better managed places nearby.

I placed a pickup order on Tuesday, March 4th and paid extra to add ground beef to my order. When I returned back to work I noticed that it was missing and immediately called Aldana’s to let them know. The lady that answered the phone took my name and number and no one ever called me back. Wednesday, (the following day) same thing, I called and they took my information and NO CALL BACK. Thursday I called AGAIN because at this point why is not one calling me, and the Manager who I guess is Iris and or Megan was still not in. Apparently the manager is the only one who can refund anyone money. So today, Monday the 10th I called again because now it’s not even about the money it’s about the principal. I have called 5x now and your rude staff on the phone is not helpful at all, they never know when these two women will be in. Never in my life have I had to chase down my money so hard because yall made an error. I will never spend my money here again!

Made a reservation on open table only to discover on arrival that their system wasn’t updating or connected? Unfortunately they could not even give us an estimate when to seat us. A little frustrating and unfortunately not the first time we’ve had poor service at this restaurant.

Wasn't that busy had to ask for menu and then I pretty much overlooked. Couple that sat down after me were addressed before me. Once drink was delivered no further interaction until I requested my check.
NOT A STELLER EXPERIENCE, I WONT BE RUSHING BACK ANYTIME SOON.
