We went there for Mother's Day. There was no wait and we were seated very quickly. Our waiter, Sam was awesome. I had the Philly steak and cheese omelette, delicious. My son had the corned beef omelette, very enjoyable, and my daughter had the very berry french toast, yum. Everything was hot. Nice atmosphere, nice people. A definite hidden gem.

I had a fantastic experience at Alex’s Royal Grill. The homemade hashbrowns and homemade corned beef were excellent—truly some of the best I've ever had. Additionally, the owner is very kind and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

The steak had a lot of fat on it, not much meat and was grissly and overcooked. The rest of the food was average but overpriced for the quality. The service was good, the people were friendly. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed.
