Last Saturday (Oct. 12th), my family had a 90th birthday party luncheon for our mother at the Alibi. We were extremely pleased with the luncheon, room set-up and the staff member, Michelle, who did a wonderful job throughout the event. We chose the pizza/pasta and salad buffet which was delicious! It was so nice to be able to spend time with family and friends knowing that the staff at the Alibi would take care of making us comfortable and well fed! Thank you to everyone that worked to make this event a success and a wonderful memory for our family. We highly recommend the Alibi to anyone looking to plan an event or enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant. Thank you again!

Never had a bad meal dining in or carry out. Staff is very cordial and don’t rush you to leave when you’re done with a meal. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a Walker and they are always considerate when seating us.

As usual, the food was on point. Antipasto salad, fish and chips, warm bread sticks. However, very under staffed. Our server had way too many tables to serve efficiently. We had to have the hostess take care of our bill as once we were served we never saw our server again. There was a 20 minute wait by 12:30pm which didn't seem unusual,too bad they can't staff accordingly

Disappointing Service - Never Going Back
We visited Alibi in Troy recently, excited to try their highly recommended pizza. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We sat at the bar, ordered an antipasto salad and one of their specialty pizzas. The salad came out quickly, but after waiting 40 minutes with no sign of the pizza, we asked about it. When it finally arrived, it was cold, clearly having sat in the warmer too long.
We sent the pizza back, and the whole situation was incredibly disappointing, especially since the couple sitting next to us, who ordered after us, got their pizza within minutes. The female bartender who took our order offered no apology or explanation, and there was no effort to make things right. On top of that, no one even checked to see if we wanted another drink during the long wait.
The service was terrible, and the staff seemed uninterested in our experience or earning our business. We won’t be returning, and we definitely don't recommend this place if you're looking for good service and quality food. Very disappointed.

My waitress Sherri was incredibly rude. Was being passive aggressive with us because she thought we were there too long. Meanwhile the place was empty.

Getting pizza from alibi is always a delight and success. Pizza is a bit on the sweeter and softer side. They have great salads, pasta, and drinks too. Dine in experience is not as good, but still recommend bc they have a lot of seatings available.

I always get carryout, so I can't really vouch for inside. Their pizza is probably one of the best in Michigan. Antipasto salad is also great. I highly recommend them.
Food is awesome. I don’t normally like just cheese pizza but they do a good job. The pepperoni pizza and the breadsticks are also great. The antipasto salad is the only other thing we get and I’m always pleased. I’ve only eaten inside one time, normally take out.

Well been going to Alibi for 40 years for the pizza, it was always awesome. I dunno what they did but it sucks now, crust is terrible and undercooked for second time. Paid 70.00 for something I threw in the trash. Will never go again, way to screw up a good thing.
