Alibi has some of the best pizza and bread around hands down. I’ll be honest, most of the menu isn’t really my thing, but the pizza keeps me coming back. The crust is perfect, the flavor is spot on, and that fresh bread is addicting!!!!!!! And let’s talk about the ranch and blue cheese OMG absolutely amazing. I’d come here just for the sauces alone. If you’re a pizza and dipping sauce kind of person, this place is a must!

One of my favorites! Been eating here/carry out for over 40 years since they were in a converted house. Living across the state and stop in when back in the area. Get the fish n chips. Thr thetasty pizza! I just had one of the best lasagna & salad for lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Last Saturday (Oct. 12th), my family had a 90th birthday party luncheon for our mother at the Alibi. We were extremely pleased with the luncheon, room set-up and the staff member, Michelle, who did a wonderful job throughout the event. We chose the pizza/pasta and salad buffet which was delicious! It was so nice to be able to spend time with family and friends knowing that the staff at the Alibi would take care of making us comfortable and well fed! Thank you to everyone that worked to make this event a success and a wonderful memory for our family. We highly recommend the Alibi to anyone looking to plan an event or enjoy a delicious meal at the restaurant. Thank you again!

Never had a bad meal dining in or carry out. Staff is very cordial and don’t rush you to leave when you’re done with a meal. Very relaxed atmosphere.

As usual, the food was on point. Antipasto salad, fish and chips, warm bread sticks. However, very under staffed. Our server had way too many tables to serve efficiently. We had to have the hostess take care of our bill as once we were served we never saw our server again. There was a 20 minute wait by 12:30pm which didn't seem unusual,too bad they can't staff accordingly

Disappointing Service - Never Going Back
We visited Alibi in Troy recently, excited to try their highly recommended pizza. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. We sat at the bar, ordered an antipasto salad and one of their specialty pizzas. The salad came out quickly, but after waiting 40 minutes with no sign of the pizza, we asked about it. When it finally arrived, it was cold, clearly having sat in the warmer too long.
We sent the pizza back, and the whole situation was incredibly disappointing, especially since the couple sitting next to us, who ordered after us, got their pizza within minutes. The female bartender who took our order offered no apology or explanation, and there was no effort to make things right. On top of that, no one even checked to see if we wanted another drink during the long wait.
The service was terrible, and the staff seemed uninterested in our experience or earning our business. We won’t be returning, and we definitely don't recommend this place if you're looking for good service and quality food. Very disappointed.
