Look..it's Arbys..fast food.. The roast beef is decent. The buns are crap..processed flour what can you expect. Work on gourmet buns, it will help the brand. They do have other items like gyros, haven't tried yet.
Update 12/1/2024: Asking if they still have the wagu burger Answer from team member: Duh, yes, don't you see it advertised.

i’ve never had a bad experience with an arby’s, but this particular one did not give me fresh food. the only thing that was okay was the shake! i can tell the mozzarella sticks were reheated & i can tell the fries were sitting out for hours. i couldn’t even eat them. also, my chicken sandwich was reheated & the meat was dark, so i know the meat was sitting out for a long time as well. never coming back to this location.

I was there today for lunch and the dining room music was so loud it was peaking at 94 dB (measured on my phone app for audio measurements). I have been going there for years and never had an issue. I asked the manager if he could lower the volume back to the normal level and he said no he had no control over the music volume. I pointed out that I have been a repeat customer for years and it's never been so loud. He said no again and asked my why I was still standing at the counter. Rude. I'll never go back to this location ever again.
Notice the response from the owner is the same "form" response given to everyone with a complaint. I did file a complaint with Arby's Corporate for what it's worth.

I had a large chocolate shake and 2 apple turnovers. The shake tasted watered-down and the apple turnovers were cold. I was disappointed.

If you have dietary restrictions I would recommend going inside. This use to be my go to spot on my lunch break however over past six months or so this store has really declined. I always order a turkey sandwich or wrap with NO bacon and every single time I get bacon. I’ve tried saying it twice , I’m always super nice/friendly when I order. I’m starting to think they do it on purpose. I get tired of going back to have them fix it. An unfortunately I can’t just take it off it still makes me sick, so it went in trash and I won’t be returning to this location or any other Arby’s for a while. I wish they took dietary restrictions a little more serious. This happened on 11/3/24 apx 6:30pm

So I got a 2 for 6 chicken and roast beef sandwiched. The roast beef was fine, but the chicken was uncooked and raw. Seriously don't go here if you don't want food poisoning.
