I was extremely angry after getting the wrong DoorDash order and had to drive to this location for a redo on my order. I was very rude and insulting but after realizing that it wasn’t the restaurants fault, I immediately ate crap and apologized for being a jerk. This is by far the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I want to express my most sincere apologies to the staff. I was out of line and you didn’t deserve my anger. In the coming days/weeks, I would like to reward this night crew for their patience and understanding if that is ok from corporate

Just went through and bought 3 Buffalo chicken sliders, and they used chicken nuggets instead of tenders. I paid $1.99 per slider for them to use chicken nuggets and they were old and crusty. Tried calling the number listed and it doesn't go through. The staff was nice but you guys are fould for using the chicken nuggets instead of tenders. I would've waited for fresh food. So make sure you specify you want tenders on your sliders because they are probably trying to save a buck.

The employee who helped me seemed to not even want to be here. I also watched him go onto hia phone on the food line and not wash his hands. Honestly that's very poor service in my opinion. You shouldn't be on your phones in front of a customer. It's rude and disrespectful. I was also given the wrong item. I ordered mozzarella sticks and was give the fried mac and cheese. I paid for a 6pc mozzarella stick. I'm extremely disappointed. My order was also a mobile order so there should have been no reason that they messed it up.
