Well to start, The store is dirty inside. The Indian workers are rude!! I went in and came out with lice infested hairs in my banana split. I immediately threw it all up and can’t even think about coming back to another baskin robins again. BTW it wasn’t just 1 hair it was 3 different hairs inside. I’m Gagging just thinking about it.

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE.
I spelled out the name “Evan” so many times while placing my order for a cake with the OWNER. I even included it in the email I sent to her to get the picture on the cake.
The manager told me that the owner has only been in the country for a year. I understand, but I literally spelled out the name “Evan” to her multiple times while placing the order in the store.
Thankfully this was for a coworker. She could’ve ruined a child’s birthday because she doesn’t listen to customers.

Standard BR ice creams (which I love) but what makes this place bad is the people who work there. We have went there so many times. People there are unfriendly. We have had issues many times using the coupons that Baskin Robbin sends in their app. Workers always give bizarre answers with the coupon issues (last time they tried to blame it on their corporate business for coupon issue). Overall not a good experience. Place is unclean most of the times.

They dropped the change on the floor and didn't bother to apologize but just walked away. At least they turned around and peeked to see if anything was dropped on the tip jar. So funny!

They are slow!! The owner/manager would not stop making a cake when her employee was waiting on someone else. When I just got service she then decided to wait on other customers .
Went here to get a hot fudge Sunday. The place was packed. They were out of vanilla ice cream, fudge, and basically everything else we asked for. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at any ice cream place I’ve ever been to. Dirty and unorganized. Picture attached to what they actually serve their customers. Had a good laugh. Will never give this place my money again.

Ice cream is good but the place is so unorganized. Every time I come there is a line and nobody knows who’s next. There is only one cash register so it takes for ever to cash out if there are multiple people cashing outAlso the last time I went the girl at the counter was being snarky when I told her that I only wanted a tiny little bit of ice cream on my kids cone for my son. She responded with “yeah you asked for a kids cone didn’t you?” Then proceeded to put a large scoop on there. He is sensitive to sugar and mostly likes the cone so I just wanted to save her a time and the store ice cream. Attitude much?

My sister in law ordered an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. Paid for it online and given a date and time for pick up. When she went to pick up, they didn’t have it and refused to refund her $, telling her to take it up with corporate. When she called corporate, they told her it was up to the individual stores?!?! I used to order ice cream cakes from them all the time but after this, I will never step foot in a Baskin Robbins ever again.

Was waiting in line to be served. One of the employees (who wasn’t working at the time family came in and she decided it was okay to let them just cut the line and serve her brothers and herself before anyone and they obviously didn’t pay.) was unprofessional in my eyes and when I asked another employee what happened she said “oh don’t worry, she wasn’t working”
