My sister in law ordered an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. Paid for it online and given a date and time for pick up. When she went to pick up, they didn’t have it and refused to refund her $, telling her to take it up with corporate. When she called corporate, they told her it was up to the individual stores?!?! I used to order ice cream cakes from them all the time but after this, I will never step foot in a Baskin Robbins ever again.

This location is worth going out of your way for. Friendly staff, well stocked and excellent service. I had a special order Mud Pie created, and it was beyond my expectations. Other locations can have limited product and bare pre-made freezers. This one is 5 stars all the way!Dietary restrictions: 2 no sugar added options for diabetics.

Ice cream was good as usual, but the store itself had loud non family like music. I accidentally broke my son's dinosaur hat, and I ask for a new one nicely. She said she would have to charge me for it, it seemed like she was being slight towards me. I would recommend a different baskins Robbins.

We ordered ice cream cake for our kid Birthday and they really made it perfect to what we wanted. We went there with a picture and they just took it and able to deliver it with perfection. We are really happy with the way how it came up. And every one in the party liked the taste as well.

It was very interesting.. I ordered a Oreo cookie cake for my daughters birthday... I placed the ordered it a week in advance.... Called a day before picking up the order.. the people didn't have no idea about my order.. the looked it up and said they couldn't see it... I called back and spoke to another lady 1hr later. She didn't know..So the day of my daughters party, I called and spoke to another lady who happen to be a PM manager. She was helpful and obviously knew her job, cause she told me with certainty that my cake was ready and have BEEN ready since the day before and that I could pick it anytime..When I got my cake it was massive.. a 24-person serving .... Needless to say.... I gave over half the cake to the servants at party....( not everyone showed up to the party)Delicious cake!!!! Very thick... which is how their able to put ice cream on top of a cake....A small piece goes a long way after seeing and eating it....

This place is so nice. It’s very clean and the employees are really nice and helpful. I came in to get a quart of chocolate chip and the lady helping me was so nice and made the quart very well for me. Also the owners were very nice to me. Truly one of the best Baskin Robbins.

Was waiting in line to be served. One of the employees (who wasn’t working at the time family came in and she decided it was okay to let them just cut the line and serve her brothers and herself before anyone and they obviously didn’t pay.) was unprofessional in my eyes and when I asked another employee what happened she said “oh don’t worry, she wasn’t working”
