Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders

Ordered 2 XL pizzas for our work crew yesterday and every single one of us is sick today. 5 ppl with flu like symptoms, do better! Obviously something was contaminated on our pizzas if my entire crew is sick and cannot work today, pizza tasted fine so our guess is that someone is not washing their hands or following safe food protocol. Called to speak to a manager to report this and was told there’s no manager until 6pm? Makes you wonder who is servsafe qualified to ensure quality and freshness? Have reported all sicknesses to the Oakland County Health Dept since no manager was available to take our call. Would leave negative stars if I could.

This is probably the worst Bellacino"s out of all ... If your near gratiot and 23 mile between 23 and 24 mile on the east side of gratiot this bellacinos is the best 1 out of all of there locations

When i just got the wings i told the lady it look not cooked enough she said its done I asked her to put it back in the oven she said she cant. When i got to work the slim bread wings just made me upset. I ate 2 that look a little better. But it taste like 7 11 wings but 10x worst. So yes a waste but the subs are good there.

The pizza was cut in straight lines like a flat bread, leaving a huge middle piece. The dough was soggy and undercooked. I feel like whoever made them wasn’t trained or just didn’t care. Will never eat here again and I hope you don’t either. There are many better options in the area.

Their grinders are incredible and you can get an 18 inch for under $17 which is almost unheard of, most places will charge you $18 for a 9 inch grinder. The owners are very kind, professional and friendly, so if looking for a place to get good grinders. Apparently, their pizzas are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

This is the 3rd time I have given this location a shot and each time my food was not made correctly. And each time I get an excuse as to why they will not help me and I need to talk to an owner to get any resolution. Don't waste your time.

While I am a big fan of Bellancino's, the customer service here was deplorable. I had a large order (10 people) so I politely asked if they had a box. They reacted as if I asked them to work an 80 hour week that day. Then when they found one, rather than offering to help put the food in the box, they threw the box at my feet without a word.
