While I am a big fan of Bellancino's, the customer service here was deplorable. I had a large order (10 people) so I politely asked if they had a box. They reacted as if I asked them to work an 80 hour week that day. Then when they found one, rather than offering to help put the food in the box, they threw the box at my feet without a word.

today i had an issue with my order, i always order no veggies on my grinder, based on preference.i came in and waited for the front counter worker to finish a text so she could take my order… great start lol.i specified that when placing my order by stating “just meat cheese and mayo, so no lettuce or tomato” (word for word)about 10 minutes go by, and when i recieve my order its wrong. i tell another woman helping one of the customers, and she heads back to fix it up for me.the woman i was originally placed my order with to then comes up and just blatantly tells me that im wrong and i didnt say no lettuce or tomato. i told her exactly what i had said and she continued to argue with me, telling me im wrong, i shouldve said something before, whatever, just being argumentative. id had enough i just wanted my sandwhich, i knew the other woman was cooking it already and this woman was choosing to give me a hard time to avoid blame. i told her im not going to argue with her over MY order just because she wasnt listening.each time ive interacted with this woman she has been extremely rude and borderline disrespectful, whether over the phone or in person.its unfortunate that this is what the company is presenting. ive been going here for years and ive never had an issue with the owner or anyone else. extremely disappointed with my experience with this woman.

I was costing the internet trying to find a good sandwich and came across this and had to try it. I like to eat big and save money. I had a half a chicago steak grinder and half a pizza grinder and it was exactly what I needed.

Placed an in store order, 40 minutes later no food. First manager claimed he served us our food at our table then went in back to ask, they literally never even made the food. I left in a rage didn't even ask for my $15 back. Franchise or corporate store doesn't matter this is unacceptable and absurd. Me and my daughter were excited to try this place, never again! no matter the location.
