We sat in the sushi bar area. We've seen the show multiple times so there's was no need to do that. I was in need of some garlic butter rice and our food was hot, came out almost right away. Great experience

It was my wife's birthday. The hostess kinda blew the surprise that we had extra guests in our party to my wife. She's apologized but didn't seem very sincere. As we're waiting for our drinks at the bar. A guest walks up just before HH ended and wanted a drink with tequila in it. Instead of the bartender recommending a drink she just kept giving her the menu to her to read. As we're waiting to get seated our server (can't remember her name) came over and said hello. It seemed like we were being rushed the whole dinner. The first round of drinks she took my friend wasn't ready. When the server came back with our drinks the server made my friend wait because she wasn't ready to take her drink order. She said I tried to take your order but you wasn't ready.. When the chef started to cook dishes were stacking up. The server would take a couple dishes but not all. So I started putting the dishes on the floor. I had no where else to put them. Not one person walked by to pick them up or ask how they got there. When we would ask for something the server would just keep walking instead of standing there and listen to what we needed. I must say it has been some time since I've been to this location and it definitely shows it has changed. The walls were definitely dirty and bathroom trash was heaping over. For the area and amount of money spent in they definitely need to step it up.

The atmosphere was too many bright lights . We told our waiter one person had a shell fish allergy so no one received our shrimp appetizers

We waited half an hour to be asked for drinks. The restaurant had one table served and no one waiting. Waitress said no one told her we were there. Horrible. Food was good but way overpriced!!

Benihana isn't what it used to be. Food is over seasoned portions are getting smaller and smaller. I feel like they just hire anyone to cook. The soup was so salty no one at the table ate it and complained to the waitress.

Reservation was made for 7:30 was seated quickly but the cook didn’t show up till 8:40! Honestly I’m pretty sure it was long day for him but had no type of interaction with the table he barely said a word. It was very unsatisfying down to the food! The rice wasn’t fully cooked through we weren’t given garlic butter till he cooked everyone meal therefore you had to wait for your rice to be cold. It was a terrible experience
Our chef, Tom, was very entertaining! He made our food to our specifications and even made selection suggestions so we can best appreciate the dish. We had a wonderful experience
