Benitos has been my favorite pizza place since I moved to troy 11 years ago. I still order weekly to this day and I don't plan on stopping. Amazing pizza plenty of options and the people are great.

I have ordered catering A LOT and can easily say this was my best overall experience. We ordered subs and salads and the food was great, but the amount of food for the price was spectacular and they don't skimp on the extras like so many places. Plenty of cheese, dressing, croutons. etc. Top it off with superior customer service (thanks chris) leaving us with a confident feeling it will be ready on time and as ordered (which it was). A+

Ordered fittachine was the worst I ever had tasted nothing like fittachine

The staff at the front cashier, I saw her touching the floor a few times because things fell on the floor—while I was waiting for pizza, she was preparing a to-go order of salad and dressing for someone else—dressing fell on the floor, she picked up from the floor and packed it right inside the to-go bag—she didn’t wash hands afterwards nor getting a different dressing from refrigerator—so when she was about to cut my pizza, I asked her to wash her hands—she argued that she’s trying to not touch the pizza with her fingers—I had to talk her into washing hands before touching pizza that I ordered.

Awesome pizza and service. The two guys at the counter on 09/07 at 12:45pm were super friendly and the one guy even came out to my car with me with the rest of my order without even asking. Huge shoutout to them! Thanks!
Pizza is good but employees are terrible. It says they’re open till 10 but the employees refuse to serve after 9:20. I’m sure the manager doesn’t know about this. I hope he reads this and fires them.

Husband and I suddenly craved for some pizza, it was around 8ish already and Benito's was always in our best pizza list. Ordered a delivery and didn't disappoint pizza and pepperoni bread was so fresh and i love how generous they are with the toppings. Yum!? The delivery guy also was above and beyond, he called us just to make sure we able to retrieve the pizza the moment he delivered it since it was raining that night. Highly recommended!??
