store employee said i had to order online. apparently, she is only capable of reading orders instead of just taking them in person??? another example of why companies need to pay their employees more.

I walk in I grab a hot shot even though the cooler is covered, then this lady with light brown curly hair says we can’t sell that then she pauses and then starts giving me attitude about how I wasn’t supposed to grab it which is understandable but there’s no reason for you to be aggressive with a paying customer? I then just order the fresh hot shot but I notice that the same lady is just on the phone talking about drama with her friend all while talking over and making an acai bowl. It’s just unprofessional to be doing that infront of customers and talking all over food. And don’t even reply to this review saying how you can’t find a ticket for me because honestly I don’t care. Train your employees better. Fix this issue. There’s absolutely no reason for an employee to be acting like that. However; there was a lady with vitiligo that was absolutely the best. She was very kind and dropped everything to come and help me and remained respectful.

Seemed like they were training some new folks, but the got my order wrong. I asked for the added sugar to be removed from my smoothy, but then they replaced with something else that was also sugar. Also asked for my sauce on the side and it wasn’t, which meant my sandwich was very soggy.

Not sure what happened here but this used to be a go-to spot. The smoothies we received felt light as air, yet were overflowing and leaked all over the car. Instead of it being a creamy smoothie it's like drinking foam. I can't help but feel ripped off for how much these cost. We won't be back at this location.

Made to feel uncomfortable in a location I’ve not been in and didn’t know where to order. Employee laughed and laughed. My frustration was apparent… a group of 3-4 employees stood in back, laughed and talked, and made me wait almost 10 minutes for my one smoothie. Nice!

waited 20 minutes for one smoothie, with one person ahead of us. they made two smoothies of the people who ordered after us before we said something and asked if they could make them in order. and then they barley blended it so i was unable to drink it due to it having so many chunks of fruit. what the heck.
The workers was very nice clean environment. The food was great. The smoothie was on point and perfect. I love the location. Definitely will be back !!!

Open until 9pm, walked in at 8:10pm and took about 5 minutes to be greeted, as both employees were in the back of the store. Upon going to order, was advised they are only doing smoothies, no food, as they were cleaning up and preparing to close. Sorry, but 50 minutes until close and unable to order food is unacceptable.
