Mindless and unfriendly customer service. Not paying attention to the order of the line or just didn’t care... and a simple “welcome in” and “have a nice day” would have been great too.

Such a friendly and helpful staff! They work fast and efficient! Cierra the GM was one of the most helpful people I have ever met! She was so sweet and informative about the best types of food and smoothies to get! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I work in the management office at Somerset and the manager (won’t say her name) should really teach her team customer service. I stood there for WAY too long while they asked everyone else but me if they’d been helped or needed anything. Meanwhile my drink had been sitting there for 10+ mins. I even stood at the registers and they still looked at me and both walked in the back and only came out because there were 2 women behind me. Not sure what the issue was but hope something is done about it. And if she wants to come to the management office to discuss, I’d be happy to.

What a delight! I ordered a few items and between the great service, fantastic quality of the items and the costs being reasonable, I will most definitely be back! The employees were so sweet and helpful.
You must try this place, a great way to end a day of shopping at the mall!

Whatever staff worked on Thursday 7/18/24 in the evening need to please be re-trained. The food and service was just beyond bad. I get the food industry is hard because I once worked in it but every sandwich was missing multiple ingredients and it was made so carelessly.

My avocado turkey sandwich was SLATHERED in hummus that it initially made me think it was a tuna sandwich when I first opened it. It was MISSING avocado, like 98% of the romaine lettuce, cheese, and like 95% of the turkey! I couldn’t even eat it cuz who would want to eat a hummus filled pita?! The picture shows the literal ONE piece of turkey!

The southwest sandwich was missing corn, tortilla strips, and Parmesan cheese.

The cilantro chicken was missing romaine lettuce and barely had any chicken in it.

All the sandwiches were sloppy, flat messes with so much sauce that it leaked whenever you took a bite. The pic is of the actual turkey avocado sandwich (other half untouched) and they definitely don’t look like the ad lol. Sure it’s just sandwiches but when I order $50 worth of food I expect it to be edible and be what I ordered.

(If anyone ever is in the Farmington area and wants Beyond Juice, that location is A1! It was so good I ordered expensive Door Dash while I was at work two days in a row!)

I only went here because eating here was a convenient way to keep my American Airlines miles active (it's part of the AA dining program and we were at the mall anyway).

The smoothie bowl was tasty, although I feel like it's one of those things that isn't as healthy as the marketing implies. It was quite sweet. We also got a salad, which was just OK - ingredients and quality seemed cheaper than the price suggested.

After 40 minutes of waiting and asking multiple people to check on my order, I finally got my smoothie. Maybe instead of telling people that you are behind (which is obvious) you should actually look at if you lost the order or not. They served everyone that came in after before me.
