Honestly, everytime I've been here I have always enjoyed the food. Slightly on the pricier side but its worth it for the high quality and tastey food.

I ordered online a 1/2 rack dinner with a B. Simms 7.00 Chocolate mousse stacker. When I opened my carryout at home I found I was actually given a cup of chocolate pudding. I called and was told since they're not a corporate store they substitute Stackers with cups of pudding. The guy said that's what they do. Shame....

We arrived at the Chickasha, OK restaurant a little after 5:00 pm today. No one was at the front counter to wait on us, had to speak loudly to get someone’s attention so we could order. Both the pulled pork and brisket were barely warm. My husband went to inquire if the oven/warmer was working. He could see that it was set to 135, but the employee said the door seal needed to be replaced! She offered to remake our food, like that would help. We have no idea how long the meat had been at an unsafe temperature and are hoping we don’t get sick from eating it (didn’t finish it). We won’t be going back. That is a serious health violation.

Absolutely love this Billy Sims BBQ in Troy. The service there is the best! I rely on their experience to suggest the best options for the number of people I want to serve. They go out of their way to make sure I get the most value for my money, and they are never wrong.
Walked in on the way to my daughter's house to help babysit their new 3 week old and bring dinner (wanting plenty of leftovers so they wouldn't have to cook). I got their favorites: brisket, smoked chicken, jalapeno cheddar sausage, coleslaw, mac & cheese, baked beans and texas toast. Even threw in a dessert, dishes, plasticware, etc. which was much appreciated by the new totally-exhausted parents! They said it was the best meal they'd had pre-baby! Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! I've had them for catered events at work, and know they do an awesome job there too. They definitely have repeat customers in us.

We’ve been here multiple times and always loved the food, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Unfortunately, the service this time was unacceptable. The person who served us was rude, sarcastic, and openly disrespectful from the moment we interacted. His tone was offensive and arrogant, and we felt uncomfortable the entire time.
We were treated in a way that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected, to the point that we genuinely questioned whether we were being singled out. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be treated like this.
As much as we enjoy the food, the level of disrespect we experienced means we will not be returning.

I won’t come back till they lower the price of the loaded fries back to 12.00. Yall went up 2 bucks and it seems the portion stayed the same. This used to be a usual for me.

I just tried the pork ribs with a side of coleslaw and potato salad. I also tried the Hall of Fame sandwich and everything was amazing! Service was fast for carry-out and the place was very clean, as far as atmosphere.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.
