I just tried the pork ribs with a side of coleslaw and potato salad. I also tried the Hall of Fame sandwich and everything was amazing! Service was fast for carry-out and the place was very clean, as far as atmosphere.

Great food. Great staff. Great new location. I had lunch at Billy Sims BBQ in Joplin , MO and enjoyed wonderful brisket and was very impressed with the staff. Jennifer, Dontavious, and Brandon provided great service and a very clean environment. I will be back often.

My apologies, as we've never had the food. We drive by every day on my way home from work. Considering that the location is in Troy, we expected a wee bit higher price point. However, after looking at the Troy menu online, there is NO WAY we could stop here for lunch, order dinner or anything. Perhaps it's the growing cost of food & supplies, etc. Or perhaps the location, entrepreneur, etc. But we'll never be able to afford a $40 carryout dinner for 1!

Food was cold and when I asked them to warm it up the employee put his hands on his head like it was a problem. I would have been happy with them just reheating it but the other employee said I'm sure he'll remake your order.

Their general manager, Michael Philo, is a known rapist and has wittingly spread sihpylis to multiple people, including at least one person under the age of 18. Genuine scum of the Earth who makes me ashamed to share a species with him. Cannot believe they would hire him.
