The boba there is ok, nothing mind blowing. I really didn’t like the tapioca there and the fact you can’t remove ice. However, atmosphere and service was outstanding.

Donuts are fantastic. Lack of customer service is detrimental as their self-service machine is asinine. And it automatically adds tip unless you manually type zero. Why the hell would I tip on a self serve machine? Is this a joke?
The drinks are expensive. 5 dollars for a plain jasmine tea is laughable--even Starbucks charges 3 or so for tea. Also, 80 cent charge for light ice is crazy work.
The donuts are the sole highlight of the shop. Dubai chocolate and churros are 10/10. Theyre expensive, but i appreciate their quality and believe they're worth it.
Too bad poor business decisions bring down the overall quality.

I got a drink (green tea with strawberry pulp and cheese foam) and a box of donuts (my favorite flavor was the taro, and my parents' was the black sesame). Everything was delicious, especially my drink. They don't have the long laundry list of tea flavors like at places that have boba as their main attraction, but the options here were thoughtful and unique, so I feel like you can't really go wrong.
The store is super cute too!

Cute and aesthetically pleasing store. I had the Chizu mango green tea without the cheese cream layer and added passion fruit popping boba. The popping boba is gluten free. It was very good and not too sweet.

$6.80 down the drain. Drink had no taro flavor in it all all and tasted like straight up milk with a bunch of ice cubes. I would never come back. I do wish I had been brave enough to walk this drink back and complain but I have anxiety issues so sucked it up. Money is tight these days and it is heartbreaking to waste so much money on a bland boring drink.

This place has turned for the worst. Their customer service is disappointing. They always “sell out” early which and waste people’s time. Yes it’s cute. Yes the tea and donuts are good, but never again will this location get my money. Drive to the Dearborn location where they value your time as a customer. This place no longer does.

I had a friend buy me a drink they did not know I folding drink whole milk I’m lactose. I tell the manager giavoni that “I can’t drink the milk and this is my first time here can I get something without milk” he refused to change the drink out and required me to pay for another drink. I feel in that aspect he could have gave better customer service so that I at least knew I like the what they have there. I wasn’t able to have that opportunity.

I came to this location twice when I came on Saturday. The lady was very helpful and friendly and very nice. Great customer service but I came today and it was a young guy. He was very rude. Wouldn’t tell me his name he said he don’t feel comfortable with giving his name, I asked for my drink to be made a certain way and he stated he couldn’t do that and I explained to him I got the drink made the exact same way on Saturday I asked him was he the manager he stated no he’s a supervisor. He’s been working there three years and his manager told him he don’t have to give customers his first name so he refunded me. My money back he was very rude and made me never want to come back there again? He shouldn’t work in customer service at all
