First time trying this place. I ordered plain drums so that I could try the different sauces. What an insult to good fried chicken!!! Its completely SEASONLESS!!! All of the saucepo left a weird aftertaste. The fries were good. I ordered 3 drum lunch special, and threw 2.5 drums away. They didn't make sure there were no feathers before serving. If you have any palate I would not recommend.

Food is fairly decent, just takes forever. 30 minutes for a singular sandwhich is insane. I love to eat here but my patience is pretty much up. Not the first time either, waited 40 minutes about a week ago for several sandwiches and meals.
After 25 minutes I said something and my portion and sandwich was all messed up when I finally received it. In all honest there are ton of Korean chicken places so try it for yourself but there are alternatives.

Overpriced and not worth it. Ordered the family meal for 6 to 8. The side portions for the cole slaw and corn could maybe be for 1 or 2 people and NOT 6 to 8. The boneless chicken taste the same as store bought frozen and on top of that, they made us wait an additional 20min in the store because the order wasn't ready, even though we ordered online 2 hours prior. A lot of the workers made sure to make their food before they left because why should the customer be served on time?

Employee had no idea of family meal options so we spent double for the same amount of food. Just for me to ask in store if they offered a family meal and all of a sudden he knew what he was talking about. Put 20 wings in a non vented box so needles to say they were soggy and gross. Was my favorite fried chicken restaurant. Very sad I can never come back after this experience.

This location is really hit of miss depending on who is working. If things are running smoothly, the garlic soy korean tacos - without ranch - are delicious as long as they strain the coleslaw.
Most recently, I was told 15 minutes for my in person order. It was 35 minutes and it was the wrong order. I was told it would be another 15 minutes to fix it so I asked for a refund. The person couldn't process a refund so I gave up.

Shit is horrible, no crunch just soft chicken lightly breaded, over priced. I see why it’s slow there! I placed my order and was told 15mins only to come back to the lady asking me if I placed an order, I had to wait again because she probably gave away my order. It wouldn’t be so bad if I had known they changed the recipe. I will never go back again!

I ordered a vegetable dish, and didn’t realize it had pork in it until I was home and began eating. I called to speak with someone and the team member was extremely rude, refused to let me speak with someone else and refused to provide me with the manager’s contact information. She then hung up in my face. Mistakes happen but this was extremely careless and the service I received was disgusting. Please be aware if you have any dietary restrictions before patronizing this business.
Dietary restrictions: I ordered a vegetable option and was given pork. So I wouldn’t trust they’ll follow your restrictions even if that’s what you order.
I enjoyed everything I ordered. The wings was fried perfect, could have been a little more sauce but still good. The Bao buns are amazing. I tried all 3, my favorite was Bulgogi. It was really flavourful. Then comes the chicken the pork belly didn't stand out to me, it was good but not as flavourful as the other two.

Everyone!! The best double fried chicken! Soooo good!! All the food is good and you get plenty for a decent price. Customer service is great as well and the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. You will not be disappointed! Oh and all the food is made fresh to order and doesn’t take long! Every time I’m in Troy for work I make a trip here. Sometimes two trips in one week.
