Their customer service is terrible, their food is expensive, I ordered through Uber Eats and waited two hours for my order and it never arrived. So now it's almost midnight and I haven't had dinner because of their poor management! They're awful. If you're reading this, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.

EDIT: Poorly managed location. Typically only one person works at a time. Long wait times. An overall lack of urgency.

So much more than your basic chicken & fries combos here. Love the variety of flavors and everything is made fresh.

Never heard of seen Bonchon before, but mother suggested we go as bao buns are one of our favorite dishes. Needless to say they did not disappoint! The pork belly was delicious and super tender, the slaw and sauces on top were perfect and the bun was super soft! Korean street corn was good there’s only cheese on top but the hot corn melts it and it’s definitely a treat to eat! Sotteok Sotteok was amazing! Rice cake had the perfect slight crisp and sauce thankfully wasn’t very spicy. Highly recommend I could only eat one of my buns as they are pretty big so 3 would be enough to share with sides! Definitely coming back for buns again and need to try the soy garlic wings

These were the worst chicken wings I’ve ever had. The wings were really small and extremely overcooked. The meat was so tough and hard to chew, to the point that it was pretty much inedible.

Never tried any form of Korean before! This was a very clean atmosphere. Chicken was fried to perfection!! The yum-yum sauce (pink label) was excellent! I will most definitely be making a stop here again!

It was my first time here and my first time in Michigan. Both were great but only one was delicious LMAO I will return again and I recommend the drumsticks!

Chicken was good but not for the price of $16, and the spicy mayo tastes like miracle whip with a drop.of spiciness would not order again

This Bonchon location is better than the other one in the area. The staff here are friendly and helpful--a huge plus--and the place is kept clean.

Obviously, though, it's the food that will keep you coming back. Bonchon doesn't let down in that area either. The soy garlic chicken is a staple, and the fries are hot and crispy. Okay, I'm not a donut person per se, but I like their donut dessert and cream.

Unfortunately, any Bonchon I ever dine in will forever be compared to the Manhattan location. Bonchon is an experience, and NYC figured out it's best when the customers sit down, order from their table, and have access to a variety of Asian alcoholic beverages.

This doesn't seem to be carried over at all in the Michigan locations. It's instead treated as a step up from fast food, and that's a shame.

One final comment, I've been in several times this year and it seems nobody is in a hurry to fix the front door. It slams shut every time. Not great to be jolted when you have a mouthful of food.
