I visited this establishment for the first time over Labor Day weekend. I had heard so many great things and was genuinely excited to finally experience it for myself. Unfortunately, I left feeling absolutely devastated with my experience.
I placed an order for my family and scheduled a specific pickup time. When I arrived, the food was not ready, and when it finally came out, it was incorrect. I brought this to the attention of the hostess, who was very attentive and did her best to help. However, I ended up waiting over 30 additional minutes, and even then, the order was only somewhat corrected. At that point, after waiting nearly an hour past my original pickup time, I simply gave up.
I also called and asked to speak with management, but was told they were unavailable. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up with me.
Given the reputation of this establishment, this was incredibly disappointing. I truly hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.

Visited this restaurant for our engagement celebration. Staff were extremely kind and attentive, they went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. The food and drinks were VERY good. I would recommend dining here and will definitely be coming back soon!

The management here is just awful. Bartenders stand around and talk and talk to their favorite customers, ignoring the rest of the bar. Management is arrogant and refuses to change the lackluster behavior behind the bar
