The bang bang shrimp is a must try. Our server Courtney was excellent. It was my husband and I first time. She explained she menu thoroughly and was very attentive. The rice was a bit dry but i will he back because of the service and atmosphere.

Had a reservation for 6:30pm Sunday for a party of 10 for a birthday party !! When we first arrived we were told they didn’t have a table available for us by the hostess who was also s very rude!!!! She told us all the waiters were full so they couldn’t sit us immediately but a 30 minute wait is ridiculous because why book a party of 10 if you can’t accommodate us…..The female hostess is honestly the reason for the bad experience. She had a attitude from the moment we walked in thankfully the male host who was helping her was a little more understanding and he got us seated but the lady i didn’t get her name but I told the manager so he is aware of the situation. Her attitude was awful and she ruined the birthday dinner for all of us . By time we had the waitress bring the cake out we didn’t even sing happy birthday we just wanted to go 😒

The food was a 4/10. The waiter didn’t seem to get our order correct I personally had sides I didn’t order. So I had to wait for my sides. Some of my party did get their appetizer until they got the dinner . The crab cakes were soft and didn’t seem to be as good as the other times I had them.
Best part of my meal was the drinks (dragon fruit margaritas is a must try) unfortunately.. That Hostess made our experience horrible for the moment we walked in and after we where seated she made it a point to argue with us about how “making a reservation doesn’t mean anything” and then the food and service made it even worse.

Use to go there for the grill fish, but they have been removed from the menu. I ordered the special grill Halibut. It was actually baked Halibut with a season coating. Took one bite , tasted terrible. Spent rest of meal watching my wife eat. Very disappointing. My dinner was a Potbelly sandwich. I least I wasn't charge for my meal.

Hello everyone! We are rating this restaurant as a 1 because we felt very unwelcome there. We had some friends whom referred us to Bonefish Grill and our first stop in was not what we expected from their host. The place was pretty empty when we made it to the host. The host informed us that there was a 45 minutes wait and they'll text us when it's ready. This host was already giving us the vibe that he didn't want us there. So, did this host ever reach back out to us? Nope, so our assumption was correct. We were unwelcome. Wish we would had given a chance to try the food there, but because of their poor host service, we'll never stop there again. As a business owner, we didn't expect this coming from a good rating restaurant. Thank you.

New menu does not give me flexibility for a tailored meal to my liking. I ordered the Signature Cod Imperial which had Jazmine rice and asparagus as sides. I was told I could not substitute a potato side for the Jazmine rice. I was told to order a shareable side of a cheesy potato dish. I am gluten free and the side had gluten plus why should I order extra sides when a meal already has sides? The asparagus was very good, the rice ordinary, but the cod was very overcooked and the crab imperial mix was odd tasting. My husband ordered the same dish. We did not finish our meals and did not take leftovers home like we usually do. The waitress was very nice and apologized for our not liking the new menu but said the whole group of Bonefish now has this new menu.

The foods decent. But I cannot switch out sides at all which I disagree with. Even if I cannot have the item it cannot be substituted and I get charged full price anyways. Sad.

UPDATE:4/23/25. I believe the last time we were here it was pre-Covid. We are big fans of the BangBang Shrimp! Wednesday night, everything we had was very tasty, but what made the evening really cool was our waitress, Ryan! She was absolutely amazing as our server and genuinely seemed like a good person! When we come back and she is our waitress we know we are in store for a good time. Thanks Ryan for welcome us back in the best way possible. Come for the food! Come back again for Ryan!
Good atmosphere. Not too loud, easy to have conversations. Great experience with our server Heather and she made helpful recommendations. Wednesdays are half off of their Bang Bang Shrimp, which is amazing.
