Pizza was ok. Not as good as past visits. Server was awful. The salad did not come out. When pizza came we told the runner about the salad. Manager came out and gave us a large salad on the house. Pretty sure server forgot the salad. Had to find the server for drink refill. Manager was great, experience was not up to par.

Vegetarian options: The one older gentleman host was really nice, attentive, and held his own. It wasn't busy, however, enough people to accommodate for one server. A female kitchen staff discarded my trash after I decided to eat my carryout food at a booth. I saw one item clearly marked " veggie pizza," which was my reason for choosing Buddy's on this day. However, there were other pizzas with no meat on the menu. I did not look through the entire menu for meatless items. The Greektown pizza I had with a friend two weeks ago, home delivered and custom made; inspired me to taste the pizza in its original form.

Our server, James T was awful, super rude to everyone at the table, made it seem like we were an inconvenience the entire time, every drink at the table was empty and he was annoyed when we asked for refills. ordering food was a hassle and he was very slow, he never came back to check on us then added a 20% tip on top of our bill without notifying anyone. So disappointing!!
Gary was our waiter and he was very friendly and helped us pick a great pizza was our 1st time I'll definitely be back. Thank you Gary!!!
Awesome pizza. We tried the Detroiter. We did take out and took 15 minutes.
