Placed a to-go order (6 piece/fries ) 30 min before heading to the restaurant. Was ignored by staff could not get help for over 20 min. Went to the bar lady made eye contact and ignored me. Waited up front some more -still ignored. Went back to the bar girl seemed mad I interrupted her flirting with bar top to ask for help. Staff seemed too busy talking in the back to engage with customers I guess

This location cannot handle carry out orders on game days. I waited 10 minutes at the carry out counter before anyone showed up to help. My order was finally brought out to me 25 minutes after it was promised. My suggestion is that this location should shut down online carry out orders if they can’t handle it.

This is apparently $9.99 worth of fried pickles. This appears to be a singular pickle that they are charging $10 for. Absolutely absurd. They should be embarrassed to do things like this. Never going back again, are you kidding? They even forgot to give me the dipping sauce for the pickles. Pathetic excuse for a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Slow service but the food was fresh. Got the Philly with fries would recommend. Thai curry sauce seems to have changed a little it still good . But this is definitely the best bdubs I'm the area !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very clean and quiet

The food and atmosphere were great! Our waitress wasn't so much. I have to note we had 11 people split between two tables, so there is that. But she messed up our orders, forgot some people's food and messed up a few drinks. Maybe she was having a rough night. Not terrible service, but not great either.

Ordered lunch at a whopping $32.00 half my order is missing, I don’t understand why the staff isn’t checking these orders I have to work 12 hours without food I paid, the owner needs to understand in today’s economy, things like this isn’t acceptablethey didn’t even check the order and sent me old chips no salsa, no veggies, no dipping sauce and no utensils and I work in a warehouse 😒 thanks for wasting my money & time
