This bdubs is my favorite around but went in for lunch on Tuesday Feb 25 and was notified by my credit card company that I gave a 68 percent tip. Checked my CC app and the server gave herself an almost $9 tip on my $12.30 bill. I left $3 tip which was over the 22% tip that was suggested on the receipt.

Well, the best part of my trip on Valentines day was they got the order correct. Ordered 1 Naked and 1 Asian Zing, and they were TERRIBLE, especially the naked. They tasted dry as the bone as if they had been sitting out all day, and had very little meat if any on some if the wings. The only solace was the fact I had sauce in the Asian Zing, and they weren't much better. $23 for 12 bad wings

Went to this BWW location today for lunch with 3 other former co-workers, first time visit to this location for all of us . I normally go to the Mt Clemens location. Our waitress was great !!!!!! Forgot her name but she did a very nice job overall . This place is big inside and very clean , I was very impressed . Food was good , consistent with what I get at the Mt Clemens location. Would definitely recommend this BWW to anyone looking for this type of food / experience.

Loved it, we tried their Traditional wings - Thai curry sauce is super tasty, few staffs are new so they are not sure much abt the menu offers, happy hours prices,etc. So double check everything while ordering.

It’s very sad when GrubHub DoorDash menu fire any online orders you get them for 45 to an hour and a half long as long as you’re allowed to have orders and then on top of that y’all wanna take about 20 to 25 more minutes you need more better customer service and better employees due to the fact that orders are being stolen or being gave away to their friends. It’s obvious cause ain’t no one just gonna come in there and just say oh I have an order without showing them the phone and confirm an orders so that means that your cashier is giving away orders for free

This place sucks! I’ve been here a couple times but this is the first time I’ve been asked to leave and kicked out and so were others because of a “wait list” of people waiting when there was more room. The waitress kept rushing us to pay and then later on took 15 minutes to take our bill I had to ask another waiter to tell her. Never coming back to this place!

Visited location on a Wednesday around 1 P.M. Manager took our order and 50% of drink and food order was wrong. Left with only have eating our appetizers! DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

the food is great but the service is very unprofessional, very ridiculous, and very disappointed. the short lady with pinkish-purple wavy hair is very disrespectful. i had to waited for almost haft hours to get someone attention. every staff glared at us like nothing. the lady took another group of customers to the table and served them first while my family still waiting. very terrible experience, do not recommend to eat and enjoy here if you want a terrible dinner time with family.
Loved that new Mt. Dew Long Island. Wings were great, of course, and service was much faster than some other Bdubs. Quick service at this location!

We go to Buffalo Wild Wings a lot Been to this location twice We usually go to Other ones, but we’ve been in that area twice and both times we have bad experience Both times we don’t feel welcome Seems like everyone’s upset The first time we didn’t get our drink until we were almost done eating The second time We ordered Honey, barbecue traditional Ended up getting blazing Took a bite burnt my mouth immediately spit it out then we had to argue with the waitress and the manager because they were saying it’s not blazing had to ask two different people for water they were in no hurry to get us water for the burning mouth Seem like they didn’t care the manager gave me seven dollars off my bill after telling me that it was honey barbecue again, they clearly put on the bill blazing I told him I would not lie about my mouth burning. You could clearly see. I will definitely be back to Buffalo Wild Wings. Just not this location no more.
