The food has been getting smaller over the years. It's kind of hit or miss. It's usually great if you dine in, but take out can be a little disappointing. Sometimes I'm not sure how some of the food passes inspection.

Our waiter completely ignored us, and the plates we were given were still wet and had leftover food from previous diners. Despite waiting for 30 minutes, our food didn't arrive until we asked about it, only to find it cold and sloppily presented. Even the fries were cold, leading us to believe that our order had been forgotten somewhere. Our assigned waiter was nowhere to be found, and when we approached other staff members for assistance, they showed little concern. It's a disappointing experience, and I have no intention of returning to that establishment.

It's a franchised sports restaurant. Decent food, decent atmosphere, as long as you don't mind a loud atmosphere on weekends and during major games. Decent drink menu. The service, however, is excellent. I found the service to be friendly and dynamic.

Great server, great drinks, good food & reasonable prices. It's a no brainner lol. Worst thing i can say, way too much salt on the chips, dry rubs but I'm nit picking lol.Wheelchair accessibility: I mean, all business's have to meet the ADA & for good reason.

Food is always good it's just never your food.Service while dining in is hit or miss. The bar is always good. The problem is uber eats....just don't bother. Your order will be Wrong 100% percent of the time. At this point I'm positive it's intentional in order to save a few bucks. I have ordered uber eats 10 times over the past year and 10 out of 10 times they have gotten my order wrongAtmosphere while dining in can be considered standard even really good during holidays. But other then special events I wouldn't really go to this location.

Had the best waitress at this location on 11/20/23. Courtney P, you are fabulous! Great service, she is friendly and engaging, we enjoyed our meal because of her. :) Definitely makes up for other issues at this restaurant (slow kitchen, average food), and we will be back on Mondays to sit in her section. Added another star to original review because of her great service! Original Post: For a place that does mostly chicken, it is mediocre at best. Always slow service and the choices other than chicken are dismal. I avoid this place at all costs. Update: - service is better these days (my kids love this place) so I added another star.
