This place is amazing! We stopped there right before midnight to pick up food after a concert and the staff there were so accommodating and professional. They all had a smile on their face and got our order right even after we ordered 3 times! I am thankful for their kindness and patience. I love this place!

The food was okay, I just wish it was the sausage egg and cheese croissant that I ordered instead of a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The person at the drive thru was not very personable.

Employees were nice, but I ordered an Impossible whopper, and they gave me a real meat double cheeseburger. They are different sizes and have different wrappers. Not the first problem I’ve had at this location either, unfortunately. I would’ve waited longer for this to be double checked, because it was the only thing I ordered. I shouldn’t have to rip the big open and inspect the sandwich before I drive away, just for me to get home to realize it’s something I can’t eat.

This is the Third time after 11 o’clock you asked for a double cheeseburger and get a hamburger and they never give you a receipt and the tenders are hot and spicy instead of regular. What’s really going on at Burger King on big Beaver Road in Troy Michigan? This is awful. 🤦🏽♀️ I call 20 time on the phone and NO answer. 9- 11,12- 2025
3 of my 6 burgers were completely missing. Uber eats has a buy one get one promo going on right now. I ordered 3 and 3 should have been free equaling 6 burgers. Please pay attention to the order. Now 3 of us are without a sandwich. Just great.

Stop for early lunch, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a drink. The top bun was rock hard and the sauce they used to make it spicy was super messy all over the wrapper.

I do not know where to start! First off Burger King as a company has really fallen and it’s not the same, food is bad and customer service is thee worst! You can’t even call corporate all through email and they don’t even seem to care about their own company very sad lazy company. This location the staff is extremely rude never really speak or greet anyone and ask for three sausage egg biscuits no cheese before and they put no meat just egg and cheese and there was so much cheese it was ridiculous. The manager was rude and wouldn’t give me a refund he said all he can do is remake it and I told I wanted a refund instead. It’s ridiculous they need more training on how to treat their customers 😡
