Placed a mobile order here bc it was the closest to where I was going at the time. Big mistake asked about an order and got the drive through window slammed in my face . Mary yelled at me about not pulling off immediately after receiving my food which was dry and disgusting. Customer service is non existent and the employees appear to be miserable with life.

Overall the food was good, however, you are not allowed to use the bathrooms unless you buy something first and they buzz the bathroom door for you. I’m sorry but I don’t want to carry my food and drink into the restroom. It was embarrassing to have to announce that I had to use the restroom and the employee was very rude about it. She stated you can’t use our bathroom unless you order and pay first. We placed our order and paid, we asked again to use the restroom and she again refused to buzz open the door until our food was done. I understand businesses don’t have to allow the public to use their restroom if they are not a paying customer, but to actually enforce that in a business is not a business I choose to support. If you can’t allow your bathrooms to be publicly used without someone being obligated to buy something first then I would rather take my business elsewhere that supports public bathrooms for paying and non paying customers. I’m a mother that has had to stop to use a restroom because my child has had to go to the bathroom and at this Burger King I have to buy something before you will unlock the door?? So kids will have accidents because they don’t have access to a bathroom?? Sorry, not a business I would like to support. That is not customer service at all and it’s embarrassing to have to go to the counter to have an employee buzz you into the bathroom.

At 11115 I ordered drive though double wapper w cheese. There was a big argument with the car ahead. I drove up to hear the drive though venting. They then gave me the coldes, nastiness sandwich ever!

Person at the front counter looked irritated every time someone walked in the door and literally would scoff about it. No napkins by the drink station, all pops from machine were flat, food tastes old and onion rings are soggy; no ketchup offered for fries and none to grab by drink station. There was also a water main break on the other side of the street and they're not effected?

Sometimes the service at this place is good and sometimes it’s just bad. Are used to like coming to this location since it was on the way home, but I’d rather go out of my way now to go to a different location, especially since they had a change of management. I walked in to pick up an online order. Nobody said anything. This guy comes out of the restroom stands next the counter and guy behind the counter takes his order and never acknowledge me until my order came up.
I do my order over there and I asked for barbecue sauce he said $.27c and they have attitude I never come back on this place no more
