We were looking for a nice place with outside dining as it was a nice evening. This had it. Unfortunately there was a bit of a language barrier. We got our water and drinks fairly fast, and I got my pasta fast as well. But my wife's pasta took well over an hour as there was a misunderstanding of some sort--one of the waiter staff did not speak English well. But when it came it was some of the best gnocchi we'd ever had. Anywhere. So the food is great, but make sure you are understood. You will eat well here, however. The street where the restaurant is located is quite wide and the businesses are set back, so the outside dining sits back a bit, which is nice.

Was just there for happy hour. Buffet food horrible and cold. Partner ordered burger for 9 euro and comes without bun as we where warned. Plain mince patty with one cherry tomato and lettuce leaves. Nice place to drink. Good service.

This has been our go-to for coffee and pastries every morning of our Rome stay. We love this place and the coffee is excellent. We are very sad that we won’t begin every day at Cafe Gourmet again.

First night in Italy and could not find the restaurant we were looking for but saw this cafe as we walk by and it looked fun. It was more than just fun, the food was terrific especially the carbonara. Wow this is what real pasta tastes like. The house wine was very nice smooth and full bodied. We had a lot of great food while we were in Italy and this was among the best.

Located near the Vatican, small restaurant near my Airbnb. It was wonderful. Have you ever cried after a meal? This was the pasta I was in search for. again small location but they have patio seating if you’re with a larger group. I wish I would have take a photo of the menu but the pics of food will do. They are located at Via Andrea Doria 44/A, Rome Lazio, Italy. Prices are under 20 Euros a plate.

9 of us 4 adults and 5 kids arrived in Rome at 4pm and were starving. About 6 pm we found this place an it was amazing. Kids sat on 1 table and adults on another. Us adults shared an antipasto for 2 people for £20. It was huge so glad we only got one between us the meats cheese and pizza bread was amazing. We all had a variety of pastas. 1 bottle of prosecco 2 aperol spritz and a few beers for €152!!! Fantastic highly recommend. The staff were very helpful and polite

Good music. Delicious food and wonderful staff. Very good place for a caffè or have a drink and eat something in the evening.

Came across the place and stopped off for coffee. Waiting staff were polite and service was good. Although we didn't eat there the food going to other tables looked delicious. Not too expensive either.

This unpretentious cafe was across the road from our apartment so we ate there on our first night. Great food. Good service. Nice vibe. We sat on the pavement on a balmy evening and chatted to some locals who eat there regularly. One elderly gentleman lives around the corner and eats there every night. I can see why. Good home style cooking. Great flavours. We ate there again on our last night and were not disappointed. Food was better than other places we ate at that charged three or four times as much.
